Yep, restaurants really add up. The skipping soda, get water; share meals thing. It's what we do and it really saves. Plus, drinking less soda is so much better for you.

I have a friends that have lived in Winter Garden for more than 10 years...they have NEVER stepped a foot into any theme park. They love the beaches and nature parks. They are only in their late 30's, 2 kids (early teens now). The kids have been to the parks because of school programs. I can't imagine being that close and not at the parks at least a few times a month.

We are Disney fans that moved to central Florida in 2016. We go to the parks far less than we thought we would. About 4 times a year. There is far more to central Florida than Disney World.

I was in Orlando area checking out areas last week in between the monsoons! So much rain! I also witnessed the crazy drivers . You definitely have to be alert when driving. I-4 was bumper to bumper, I couldn’t believe the traffic. Decisions decisions . Looking forward to your future videos.

I have started using Perfect Hair Day which has helped, but I haven’t solved this mystery. Someone mentioned getting a Brazilian blowout so that could be worth a try

Drivers are crazy here for a few reasons... #1 - tourons that don't know where they are going #2 - newly moved people that don't know where they are going/are being looky-loos #3 - don't underestimate the "Florida Man" ideal some people wear with pride and loathe how this area has grown and clogged up their roads #4 - there is a huge population that is from Latin American countries where driving rules are merely suggestions and that carries over #5 - construction/trades drivers - these guys fly around with unsecured loads and going way too fast for their beat up vehicles

Love this!! We too spent the last year and a half finding the perfect community for us. I wanted to be close to Disneyworld and my husband wanted to be minutes to the beach. We also have an 11 year old and needed great schools and hockey. 🏒 We found the perfect community of Viera and can be in Disney Springs in 45 minutes!! We are building and will be there by summer. In our community we can drive golf carts to get to schools, work, shopping, dinning and we too will only have 1 car!
