I never used rate pippo, cos technically he was pretty average and Italy had great strikers back in the day. It wasn't til I watched him live and got to see the full picture. He was such a nuisance. Never still and always on the edge of offside. A nightmare to defend against! What I liked most about him was that he would celebrate the 4th goal against a chievo or winner in the champions League in the same manner. He loves the game

The part of Pippo's game I loved the most, was that in some moments, he was the only person in the stadium that he was about to score. He was enigmatic on many levels as well as contrary. He was not built like an athlete, but in key moments could manhandle a large defender before scoring. He scampered instead of running but in many of the clips here he would overtake opponents who were closer to the ball. Although being slight in frame, he held the ball up pretty well against ferocious opponents. I am a huge fan of his game and he for me is one of the most underrated players of his generation

If there is one thing you can't explain in football, it's Filippo Inzaghi I think the secret is that he loves scoring goals so much... Of course every striker loves to score goals, but look at his goal celebrations, his passion is just second to none

He was the worst of all the clubs he played for. Not the freakin entire world. How can anyone judge that? In Milan, he was the worst. Maybe its just something that Milan players or management said to emphasize on his goal scoring. Imagine his dribbling against Kaka, Pirlo, Seedorf, Maldini, Cafu, Gattuso? Got it?

I used to make fun of Inzaghi a lot for his lack of physicality or even technical ability but he is one of the greatest pure goal scorers in the history of the sport. Inzaghi was unique. I do not think we ever see striker like him. No daught he was a dream player to any coach. Forget about his skills and dribling. One of the greatest poucher striker ever.

Whatever you say, He was special, gifted and so on. Not a monster who could dribble here and there, neither had strong shooting prowess. But he definitely knew where the goal was. You didn't have look for him, just play it front and you'll find him there with the ball. His positioning was second to none. One of his kind. There will never be another Pippo♥️👑

Guarda quello che faceva. Se era scarso tecnicamente non sarebbe mai riuscito a fare certe giocate o gol. D'accordo che non fosse uno dei piu forti con i piedi, ma tanta tanta gente pippo se la mette in tasca a livello tecnico

@@marcorossi12 Sicuramente uno dei migliori centravanti della storia del Milan. Non ho mai visto uno che esultasse come lui per un gol. Ogni gol per lui era come un gol segnato in una finale di coppa del mondo. Molti dicono che non possedesse una buona tecnica, Io non sono di questo parere perche' solo in questo video si puo' tranquillamente vedere come era bravo a stoppare, dribblare e segnare. Certo in quel periodo circolavano dei centravanti esteticamente piu' belli da vedere e forse questo ha causato la fama che non fosse tecnicamente bravo.

@@zoddimmortal4042 Si penso che il "problema" di Pippo fosse che era non bello a vedersi semplicemente. Cosa che lo faceva sembrare meno tecnico di quanto in realtà non fosse. Tecnicamente si mette in tasca piu di mezza serie A attuale
