I just finished reading this book and it was life changing. I want to print and staple the ladder to the wall in my office because how validated I felt reading about it. Dan is so great into really breaking things down point by point, step by step teaching you LITERALLY what to do just like this video and his book. New super fan here!!

I purchased your book on Audible a few weeks ago and let me tell you. Many people have books but they don't give you actionable items you can use to implement, you do! I have been obsessed with listening to all of your KZread Videos and downloading all of your worksheets. Meeting with my team of 3 assistants for our offsite in a couple of weeks and getting to work! Thank you so much!~Kelly

The Executive assistant advice in the book has been the key game changer for me. I was going to hire in a different direction because that is what I thought I needed and your book Dan changed my direction. Best decision I made. Thank you.

Hi guys, how do you deal with safety ? I mean that person that you are hiring will know so much about you and might have to have your address and even Identity card. How do you deal with that?

Does your assistant have their own email account, or is it more efficient for them to only have to manage yours? I transitioned from an admin role to EA a year and a half ago and we still struggle trying to button down the best processes and get me out of my own inbox so I can take care of his better.

You could let your assistant take care of your private, public and your husband's public mails(instruct him/her as described in video) and you can take care of his private mail. Or just let the public mails to your assistant and take care of your personal ones.

Well, I must have done something right because email demand is minute. Maybe it’s due to hiring people to free me II years ago. On the calendar, 99% of my weekly meetings are my leadership team. I stoped taking any other appointments the past few years so I could build what we have.

Oddly, I'm the business owner in my marriage, but my husband is horrible at looping me in on stuff on his calendar! I didn't think to outsource the request to his calendar to an assistant. They can bug him about his weekly schedule and note anything I need to know.
