The only item I do not have is pemmican. I have never heard of it. Anyone know where it can be found in the grocery store, or the brand names?

That was some awesome info. A lot of prepper advice creators tell use what to buy, but fail to tell us why, an their many uses. This was packed with very valuable info. Thank you.

Gosh trying to figure out what brands you mentioned for milk etc. I can’t figure it out. You speak so fast and for heavens sake need spelling of these brands. Hate to repeat myself but never heard this good info before but it’s lost when I can’t get names right. Its frustrating

Be aware of advice when the pictures don.t illustrate the product they are talking about. This ghee is some type of sauce. Ghee is not that thick.

I make my own ghee when I get butter on sale. One pound fits in a pint. When it cools down, it does get to a solid, not rock hard but solid. When warmed up it gets thinner.

Google recipes for these foods. No need for special equipment other than canning jars for ghee. I've even used old jam jars with lug lids just sterilize to instructions.
