@@seanspears4434 780 is my current mortgage of a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome in a very nice neighborhood in Durham, NC!

I was surprised that you didn't mention the very well reviewed communities in NC, Colorado, Oregon as well as Randy Jones developments in East TN. Also, I believe the Detroit MI community is directed towards homeless folks... thanks for the info you did provide though!

Jeff, are you aware of any places in Western Washington? I like the one on the Oregon coast but I'm not a remote worker and not sure if I can find work there. I'm looking at Clark or Clallam counties in Washington. Thanks!

Warning ⚠️ Stay far away from that place. Many of my friends got screwed over big time from that company financially. They lived there and the owner now wants $30,000 "key money" plus price of new larger house to rent there. He's evicting the initial renters who paid to get him started in order to obtain open lots, more key money. Do your research (Google reviews from actual buyers/renters, Yelp reviews, bbb, etc.) before considering.

It is a ugly setting and $30,000 key fee is ridiculous.

You NEED to add INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES in Newport, Tennessee over 200 lots @$200 dollars a month and 160 acres across the road on the mountain in a resort- like wooded setting @$300 a month. Randy Jones is the BOMB! Check it out.

He has many pending lawsuit's against him right now. The people whom have the lawsuits against him cannot speak about it because they were required to sign an NDA when the leased there or had a home built by their company. BUYER BEWARE!

Incredible Tiny Homes in Tennessee! They have over 200 lots in tiny town and rent is $200 a month! They also have the mountain and buffalo creek being developed right now, rent $300 a month! Maybe you should check them out!

the michigan one you showed is just an rv park. the tiny house village in TC is still unaffordable.

I would like to suggest a correction the tiny home community you mention being in Spur Texas is actually in Austin Texas, on Decker Lane. Just an FYI

The last one that you list as being in Spur Texas is not in Spur. It's in Austin. Your information is incorrect.

I've heard a lot of hit and miss things about Spur Texas. While there are tiny homes it's not quite a utopia for someone that doesn't want to be isolated in the middle of nowhere. Other red flags are people who stopped in at the city hall were met with confusion about it being a tiny home area. A lot of of the tiny home promotion videos are from years ago and the guy promoting those turned out to be a scammer. Some of the footage from Spur in this village was actually from Austin's Village Homes community.

You are naming RV"s and trailers as 'Tiny Home'. RV parks have been around for years throughout the U.S and Canada. No wonder everyone is confused when we say "tiny home". Whatever do we mean? 'Airstream' has always been a Trailer. Please correct.

They always list the San Diego one but it isn’t for full time living. You can rent them air bnb style. There’s no full time there.

Re Lux Tiny: 45 houses on 6 acres?? 7-8 homes per acre?? Really? And an RV Park in Michigan? That's not the same at all as a Tiny House Village. And yeah, where's ITH in Tenn. and Acony Bell in NC?

Do the communities have to list it as a campground? How do they zone it so that its not short term?

Those aren’t tiny homes, those are rv’s. And rv parks let’s keep them apart please. Tiny homes are little houses that can be pulled by a truck, or big homes too

RARELY! There are ones which were formerly Parks and had to get permits to include Tiny Homes.

Every town in America wilk need to adopt ADUa/ Tiny homes as additions to ones property...just like we depend on Opec to take the Petro Dollar...ensring our American lifestyle

NO one in their right mind would consider moving to California or Michigan with their highly punitive political situation and Cali’s breath-stopping prices!! There is a reason LA has 70,000 homeless! There are a million people living in RVs in Florida, waiting for their new homes to be built. Guess where they are coming from!
