tried out there myself in Feb 2023- (Podgorica, it's capitol) it's relatively small, everybody will stare, it's not a touristic place what-so-ever, they don't see outsiders like us often. I'd say half the people know English though which was very surprising. Personally I liked it for maybe a week getaway to experience a new place, but naaah not worth longstay. Food was bomb and your money will stretch out there.
