    Thanks for sharing! Looks more than okay for the price since it's near a BTS station and it's practical layout for this size. But how much is the Maintenance fee, water and electric bill priced?

    Maintenance fee paid by owner

  • @Oggiwara1

    @Oggiwara1

    3 ай бұрын

    @blockk That's not always the case. In fact "the norm" is to let the tenant pay the common/maintenance fee which in most cases vary from 30-50 Bath per sqm. Which in this case might be between 900-1500 Bath on top of the rent each month. And that's why it's important to know what's on top of the rent, like that fee, electric cost per unit(kwh) and water bill per unit(cubic meter). Because not many foreigners know this.

    Just checked it. It's 2.6 km to Surrasak BTS station, 2.8 km to Chong Nonsi BTS station, 3 km to Saint Louis BTS station and 4.3 km to Sala Daeng BTS stations. Those stations are the closest. Possibly the best option is to take a motorbike from this condominium to Chong Nonsi BTS station but we don't know the price for a motorbike ride (I guess around 30 baht, possibly even 40 baht). Then, from Chong Nonsi BTS station to Siam is 26 baht and you are in center of Bangkok. It's quite tricky to get anywhere from this location and if you stay for long time it will certainly tire you and you will waste a lot of time in transport. Not convenient at all for me.

    Is it just me or does all those clothes hanging ont he balconies remind you what you would see if you were in a really poor area of a 4th world county. It completly ruins the look of living in a condo. The Condo itself is nice and the gym was almost perfect. but all the hanging clothes makes it feel run down.

    It's so hot in Thailand, there is no need for a dryer. Your clothes will dry outside within one to two hours. Plus, there is a unique sun dry smell on your clothes that you don't get from a dryer. Keep in mind it's a developing nation, not a first world nation where you're from so don't be so judgemental.
