Honestly, I do kinda like the designs here; they went for a realistic monster-ish look to 'em, and all the clothing and mish mashing of things on them just emphasizes their cobbled together sewer lifestyle.

Hot Toys and ThreeZero do amazing 1/6 scale figures! In this case, ThreeZero killed it with this set of TMNT figures!

At 4:30 it was more than the figure falling over it sounded like glass and bones breaking😂

I'm a turtles fan and I wasn't too crazy about these movie versions either, but they do make for very interesting figures with crazy details..! ;)

I preordered mine at bbts and I'm looking forward to getting these guys in a fan of this look for them and I hop to get the threea Ver. That are worked with eastman's art work

I want all of the turtles and shredder if they had one.

If any one ever gets in touch with ThreeZero, tell them they should make a shredder from the tmnt 2014 movie. And from the next movie ,they should make the turtles and shredder.

Anything under $200 shipped for a figure is amazing and the details in these figures is just awesome! I can't wait to get the other 2 in soon as well! Hopefully next month?

+Lee revill I certainly hope you're right. The skin feels like regular rubber which I fear may crack over time, but the rest of the figure is regular PVC from what I can tell, like on the legs, hands, head, and shell.

Hey buddy. These figures are pretty awesome. Definitely cool designs . I bet the movie would be a lot better if they were actual people in suits like the OG 1990 TMNT and not CGI.

When I first saw these designs, I kinda disliked them as they looked junky, but at the same time it made sense if this was a real world scenario, so they came to grow on me. The 2nd movie cleaned up the design a little bit more. But if I had to choose, I'm still a huge fan of the original designs and I also loved the live action suits over the CGI.

I LOVE LEONADO

This detail Is insane. I'm gonna try and collect them all though the rest of the year because I really like them. I was a in and out fan of the turtles. One incarnation I like one I don't.

I really hope these Japanese companies like 3A, Bandai, Sen-ti-nel, etc really gets some real traction and sell alot ...so they can see that there's a market here in the states for these awesome figs. great review 🐹

+TOOMANYFIGURES Yeah, it's funny having clean and empty rooms, but I like it too! Definitely easier to move around and do things without all the clutter! LOL..! Hopefully the rubber will hold up over time. The price point was pretty cheap considering most other 1/6 figures these days go for over $200 BEFORE shipping! Hopefully that doesn't mean the materials are cheap too..! :/

+mohamed yuszal (HOME RECORDINGS) So far mine has no issues to be concerned with. My main concern with rubber figures is if they start to crack or become brittle over time. Be sure to keep them out of sunlight and away from heat, etc. Also, don't use cleaning chemicals on them or something like Armor All.

+lawd79 I ordered mine directly from ThreeZero almost a year ago, so it took awhile from the original preorder date until I got them. The good thing is I got them cheaper and earlier compared to the other distributors and shipping was free. Raph and Donnie I order a couple months after, so hopefully those should be coming in the next month or so.

Hey emarae when you received these from three zero were there any customs charges or extra shipping fees since there from China. also have you ever had to pay extra fees for figures from over seas? I wanna get some figures from them just don't wanna pay extra customs charges for importing. any info would help greatly.

+Big Hoagster Since I preordered these from ThreeZero, like any of their preorders, shipping is included and so far I haven't had any extra shipping fees added on. In the U.S., there typically isn't any extra charges from foreign shipping such as for taxes, etc. So far I haven't had any extra charges from orders from overseas, but perhaps if you're in another country, I know they typically get charged for taxes depending on the price of the item, etc.

hey i have mine too. since ur the only one having a review on this, i gotta ask u, does the paint apk on ur mikey come off easily? mine has started to peel off especially below the belts. iv wrote to threezero and they're more than willing to provide me for an exchange with a new set. But with having to wait another 2months for the replacement figure, i just thought i cld check with u if urs is facing the similar issues. maybe this is simply the norm for rubber painted figures.

I also make sure not to rub any kind of cleaners or other chemicals on them. Be sure your hands are also clean when handling these kinds of figures too... I hope yours either gets replaced or the problems aren't too bad..!

+mohamed yuszal (HOME RECORDINGS) Yeah, sometimes we unknowingly have chemicals or oils on our hands that might effect the paint on these things, but I'm still surprised yours is rubbing off. I've handled mine a little bit and so far no problems that I can tell. They have a lot of weathering details, so hopefully you can't really tell your paint is rubbing off? I tried rubbing on mine and they seem okay for now. I wouldn't recommend rubbing them though..! :/

how are the elbows? they are making newer versions by kevin himself, they look sick.

Yeah, the comic style versions do look great! So far, the elbows are fine on mine. Not sure how they'll hold up over time, but I'm not gonna worry about that too much and just enjoy them while I can!

These look freakin' awesome! I was thinking of preordering these back in the day, but at that price point, no way LOL! Especially when thinking you need all four of these :P That would make a huge dent in my wallet that I simply can't justify... Maybe I'll go for the 1/6 Mondo versions instead, but I don't know. I used to be a huge Turtles fan back in the day, but not so much anymore. Great review though, Marlo! I've been waiting to see a video on these for a long time. Their bodies reminds me of the 1/6 Hulk figure with the rubber skin and ratchet joints. I hope they won't be rotting after a few years when considering that price...

+eSeReS Yeah, I worry about the rubber skin cracking over time, but we'll just have to wait and see how that all turns out hopefully never or many many years from now..! The price point wasn't too bad for each of them being only $190 shipped when you compare them to other figures these days selling for over $200 BEFORE shipping..! But like you said, after you get all 4, it does add up! Ouch!

emarae They are $219,99 each before shipping at BBTS :P And then I need to add another $60 for the shipping, and then the import prices to be able to get it released at the post office when it arrives, so it adds up pretty quickly :P Multiply that by 4, and it becomes insanely much for some figures, at least for me :P And at the moment the exchange rate isn't quite in my favour either. I might have to cancel even more preorders as well :P Things would probably be a little different if I looked into getting my collectibles from other sources though... Living in Norway and import stuff from over seas is not very collector friendly LOL! I've even considered to get out of the collecting game completely, which would suck for me, because that would be the end of my channel and the only hobby I have :P

+eSeReS Try to preorder directly from the ThreeZero store whenever these items pop up! I think they ship anywhere in the world and it's much cheaper with shipping included with the price if you preorder. And as far as collecting, you can still be in the game, but just limit your spending and budget accordingly. Maybe a figure every 2 months or so or whatever fits within your budget.

+superturtle12 There are a few Hot Toy figures that also use a similar rubber body such as Dutch, Leonidas, Hellboy, etc, so it wouldn't really require more care than those types of figures.

I hate to be so picky but could you do another review over them showing them in poses and articulation etc. I'm contemplating getting these

+Onesixcruz I didn't preorder the Mondo ones since we're moving. Hopefully I can still grab those up later on. As for most of my figures, I do open about 95% of them as I feel toys are meant to be opened and enjoyed. I only keep some in package if I paid a lot for them (such as old vintage toys) or if I like the package design & art. Hoping to catch Deadpool tonight actually..! ;)

Yup, you shouldn't have to pay anything else and if anything, they will notify you once the item is ready for shipping and give you a tracking number. That's how I got my TMNT figures for such a great price with free shipping as well!

I preordered mine from the ThreeZero online store many months ago. They were only on sale for about 2 months, so you have to act fast when they have their sales.

Awesome details but the rubber parts are what make it not worth spending so much money for me. Plus I'm sure there will be new versions of them from the second film.

I actually like the rubber, to me the rubber makes the figure more life- like instead of looking stiff. When you bend the elbows inwards, it seems like the meat/muscle is moving with it too.

+CubanPete1990 Yeah, these are comparable to Hot Toys 1/6 scale figures. ThreeZero has made a few other 1/6 scale figures from Game of Thrones to Breaking Bad as well.

idk if I should get these....they look awesome but at the same time they look like 40$ toys I could get at toys R us .-. feel like they aren't totally worth the money

Not sure what they go for now, but I got mine for $190 for each Turtle shipped. That's not bad considering most 1/6 scale figures now go for over $200 each before shipping. Also, these are far superior to the toys you see at ToysRus..! Those just look sad in my opinion and even if I were a kid I'd think twice about pick them up...

I think these are way better than the ones that you find in toys r us. These are also extremely expensive too. The ones that you find in the toy stores usually have poor paint jobs or oddly proportioned bodies.

I got them cheaper by placing a preorder through the ThreeZero online store. They only have a short window for their sale of about 2 months, and once the sale is over, that's it! You'll just have to get them through retailers or other online sources for a little bit more plus shipping, etc. I think they currently have the Rock Steady and BeBop movie figures for preorder, but I'm passing on those.

These figures don't seem posable at all..... and as you said, there's too much ruber.... i believe it'll last 2 or 3 years before it starts deteriorating. But these figures are pretty awesome. Really well done. Nice review!!!!
