This video renovating my $12,000 investment property is a medley of tasks. I cut some trees down from around the house, build some steps, do some electrical wiring up the heat pump, and finish building the front porch. I'm now ready for an inspection. Next up is drywall and everything else. Things are looking good.

I'm trying to stay on top of this house at this point, REALLY want to finish it up. It's about 30 minutes from my house and the next house I'm going to renovate is in eye site of my kitchen window.

I enjoy the renovation videos.
No questions, just commenting how hard of a worker you are! Takes a lot to film all this work you are doing, and then the editing...I know when we don't see updates on this project that you are doing others. Your wife and family must be so proud of you. Also I have learned a lot from you. Thank you.
You left your bit in the electrical box. If you are looking for it. @ 1:50

I think you're doing an amazing job with the house. Who cares what others think. It's your house. Only you know the issues you are encountering. Looking forward to future projects.
in the professional contractor industry you often hear "jack of all trades, master of none". you sir, are a jack of all trades, pretty damn good at all of them.
I’m completely addicted to your videos. It’s fascinating and satisfying to watch how one man turns a dump into a nice new home, one nail at a time. The sweet, funny, and adorable factors are just icing on the cake. 😍😜
Still quite an amazing transformation. Long project, but good results!

Ha, very long project.
If you think about it, some people pay $12000 for their cars. This will be a source of income possibly up to your retirement if you want it to be. Amazing.
I bought a 50 x 100 Quonset hut and I'm in the process of putting it all together. I love watching these videos because the next step for me is framing the inside out. Thanks!
At 8:00 great idea for cover. Do not have one for shop and back door. Always had water issues until I got a storm door. Still needs a cover because storm door didn’t stop 100% of rain
Not sure what code is in your area but here we have to have a railing if it’s three steps or 30” high which ever comes first. If that makes sense..
This was perfect timing....I started from video one and all the way to 39 yesterday and this one came right on time!!!!

It's so addictive, I done the same a couple of months ago. I watched through the night so tired the next day but was worth it.
That vest and your hair... you look like Marty McFly... Also, git er done! :)
Love to see updates. I binge-watched the first 38 episodes when I first discovered your channel, then there was a long time of waiting for more videos (but I was able to fill in the time by binge watching your other channels) I’m super excited to see the next house project, and the next project after that!
Nice job on this little house, I redone a small two bedroom house it took 3 months to do everything worked on it every night after work, but very rewarding when done. Thanks and keep up the great work !!!
You have done a really good job with this place. Can't wait to see what your next projects look like.
You’re a hard and knowledgeable worker. Very detailed and precise in everything you do. It’s why I subscribed(to all your channels). Keep up the good work man. Love the videos.
@14:51 - - Glad you kept your sense of humor, this business is no fun without that!
Congratulations....on whatever big life changes may- or may not have happened!
Thanks for the videos. Gives me hope and encouragement to keep going on the rental house we bought about 6 months ago!
I have greatly enjoyed this series and have learned lots of things about basic remodeling. Thanks
Wow! What can't you do!? I just love watching this transformation. How satisfying to be building a little house empire where you put your own work into them! May God continue to bless you, your family and your work!
Great progress. What you are doing is basically a dream of mine. I am an electrician myself and I want to basically buy, renovate, and rent out homes I acquire. I admire what you do bro, keep it up! Great vids too
As an HVAC guy I was hoping to see more of the system you ran but oh well, great videos and I look forward to seeing this house complete and onwards and forwards to your new projects!
Yes!!!! I've been waiting so long!! And I got to see that electric box again. I'm obsessed!
Loving the progress of this house look forward to every video coming up glad to see another video up so soon!
So excited to see this coming to the point of finishing up the interior, it has been a major journey and I've enjoyed every moment of it. Good job!!!

Hubby and I have bought a property and are doing the work our selves. i make him watch your videos when he get discouraged. They really are a great blessing. look forward to seeing more.
I worked all day and then came home to edit and then I watched your video in the bath tub! Haha! 👍

So glad you are back. Missed your videos! ❤️
Can’t wait for the inside!
I very much enjoy the house renovations and hope you continue them in the future. Whenever I go to youtube I check my subscriptions to see what new videos have been uploaded and your channel is the first I look at for a little dot.
It’s so fun watching the progress if this little house. It’s gonna be awesome when you are done.
Man you work hard. You deserve any profit you get from these properties. You don't cut corners either.
Yay!!! It's turning out nicely!!! We are taking down trees around my passed doen property now.
Totally amazing! You are remarkable Sir. You accomplished so much with your hard work, creativity, resourcefulness, passion and drive. A one man team or superhero. Your sacrifice shall be repaid. Well done young man, well done!
Happy to see all that’s getting done and I’m interested every time you upload
Very cool to see an updated video of progress. Keep up the amazing work. Hope to see more awesome KZread videos.
Great job thus far! Looking forward to seeing how this shapes up.
I’ve been watching from the beginning and I’d love to see it totally finished on the inside too with all the walls up and cabinets and kitchen/bathroom ready for your renters or buyers. What ever you decided.
I'd bet there aren't many people who are as good as you are at that many different things. Great job! ....btw, you almost scared me at the end....almost..
Nice to see quality work. I used to hire guys who did side jobs in the trades . years ago did insulation plan inspection on 250 tract projects. Saw many levels of skill in residential new construction.
Great job. I admire your work ethic and your ability to do so many different jobs. Thanks for sharing! Almost to 100K subscribers!
Very productive. I felt like I got somethin' done today just watchin' it!
Really amazing what you've done with the place!
I can't wait to see it all finished! And of course I'm excited to see what else you're going to renovate. I hope you keep making videos like these because I really enjoy watching them!

most definitely we can’t wait for drywall! it’s coming together real well!!
Looking great!!!!! Love that you are actually working on the trees around it too, a lot of people don’t, it really makes it look nicer plus protects your investment.

I showed up one day and saw a few leaves on the roof and said "I don't think so". They just looked bad, ratty weed trees that got huge, I'm sure they started out as a grass cutting problem that turned into weeds, brush then what you saw.

Homemade Home it can be out of control quick, I’ve cleared a few properties like that and it makes a huge difference. Makes it look like it’s worth much more and well maintained. Very satisfying to clear it and see it when it’s done. Is the trailer next door yours too?
Maybe do a video on multipurpose furniture. I know you build furniture. How might a table that folds down against the wall or a Murphy bed or maybe tractable drying clothes rack in the utility room????
that electrical panel looked fantastic!! Thats the way there suppose to look!
Amazing work man, I follow you from Dominican Republic! 🇩🇴
Looking good. It's all coming together
Been away from your channel a bit, looking great. Really shaping up.
What ever you do, you do it so well. I tell my husband: Now look carefully at how he does it". LOL.
Its so awesome, you can do it all! Great video!
I’m watching this as a homeowner. My house was $60,000 it needs a few things tweaked and your videos give me hope.
I want to say say thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience on house flipping a remodeling. I learned a lot from you and for that I want to say Thank you in this Thanksgiving Day. Hoping you are enjoying in it with love ones!
I need to tell my dad about your channel. I think he would like it.
Dang!! The 40th video! Been here since #1! Great Job dude!
Whoop whoop new video!
I really enjoyed the choice of music on this episode. Keep up the good work brother.
Fantastic work. Love to watch you work!
Looking great! Thanks for all quality content.
I cant wait to see the finish product of this house.
I subscribe to all 3 of your channels and have for at least a year. I really enjoy the renovation side of this channel. I would like to hear your thought about the interior design aspect when you get to that portion. Thanks again for the upload.
Everyone should have a PROJECT! Great video and look forward to the next stages when the house starts to look pretty. It deserves it!

I don't know how they don't, probably why so many people end up doing stuff they shouldn't do, get in trouble, depressed, etc. An active mind is a good thing.
If you calculated and added your labor onto the total costs, I bet you got the most expensive house in the area. You do wonderful work all the same. You and your work is to be envied. Best wishes
you are a very hard working person. Don't know where you get the energy.
I love your content, thank you for sharing with us.
can’t wait to see the finishing touches .
It's been awhile... But I love to see your videos are back!
you're so close! Can't wait for the next video!!
Very talented!
If your schedule allows you should really do a live stream of the finished house debut

I understand real life pressures, but I hope someday you do that little rear deck. It will make the house so more practical and cosy for anyone who might like to enjoy a more private relaxing area. 😊
Thank you for making these videos. I know you always seem to have a thousand projects in the works, but it's great to see things coming together. Your videos are always well made and both enlightening and relaxing. I don't understand how you seemingly can calmly handle any task completely on your own, including propping up those large sheets of plywood, without a helper - if I were you I'd be swearing and cursing half the video. ^^'
Thanks for the videos, I have really have enjoyed this one.
I love your videos! I hope to do this one day when I’m out of school!
Was really looking forward to you building a small deck. Stairs look pretty good
You’re an inspiration to all us diyers.
I have enjoyed watching your videos. You are so talented!
cant wait to see your next project!
Love your videos mate! Doing a great job
Man is so fun to watch your videos and I have learned a lot, keep it up
I like that I went through basic training and I only missed 2 videos. All off the other channels I watch have like 20 that I have to watch to be back up to speed.

The Panel looks good wires uniform..... Very nice.... 👊🏻

Great video - have a happy Thanksgiving holiday with your loved ones !
The project looks great 😃👌👌👏👏
great work as usual. love these updates. i was falling asleep with that groovalicious music so i had to play the video at 1.5x the speed. now that's what i'm talking about!!! oh yeah.... by the way, i'm referring to the first part.
Really enjoy these videos. I think I'm beginning to understand the use of the term "satisfying" that the kids are using these days. Looking forward to the interior work!
The wiring in that electrical box is beautiful. I wish the people that did the one in my house had half a clue.
