Hi Everyone! I'm trying something new here. I left out my usual really low background music so that you can hear more of the sounds around me. I can’t always make it to the group rides but I try to when I can while they’re still happening! Once the cold is here, we’re back to 100% solo rides because I’m one of the few crazy people that commute regardless how cold it gets 😂

The video that you did now was awesome too with no background music too but I feel the background music as well. I know it's hard work to edit it with music and all but, whatever you like bro is welcomed. Also, you didn't get to see that part where the guy opened the door and after math. The guy started arguing with one of the guys and they got passed at him and kicked his door because he was saying some stuff about us riding 😮. Some people bro have no care in the world opening up the door in traffic without looking 😅. Oh well, but thanks again bro and great rwvlce too btw. Saw you race Johhnyprime and that was epic! It's funny how angry people get even though they know they're at fault. Even if there wasn't a group ride around, people still be flinging open their doors like they're the only ones in the road. But it is what it is, even when they know they're wrong people just stick with it instead of admitting they were wrong. I'm sure it it would have been less eventful if he was just like my bad, I didn't notice there were 100 of yall. Congrats on the channel man!

Imagine you in the nami and someone opened the door on you going about 25mph. For sure he was wrong but glad no one got hurt. Thanks again bro for that awesome experience and ride, take care.

What I like about the Super73 community is they're welcome to all e-bikes. That's kool. Would love one of those bikes but out of my price range. So I am going the diy route. Built from an Alibaba special. By the time I finish only the frame, handlebars, and maybe seat. Of course when I am done it probably will be the price of one.

Thanks for watching this video as well Craig. You're absolutely right. The S73 community along with the Zooz community have been the most welcoming I've met so far. I think the thing that helps these 2 communities are the members also own multiple PEVs across multiple brands. I mean I've met some folks that were elitist and down right rude, however, those folks are unfortunately everywhere lol! I wish I had the ability to build a bike, that seems like it would be fun and rewarding experience since you get to control everything that goes on your build! Hahaha that sounds about right with the price. When I had a gaming computer built in the past to save money, I ended up spending more because I ended up constantly upgrading parts for "just a little more"!😭

Oh man that is so cool giveaways getting together and just chilling out and having fun I can’t believe I missed all of that I did went out last night for some fresh air with my scooter. Great video.

Thanks! I like the longer format as well. I hope that adding the Chapters to the video makes it easier for folks to follow along or resume it after they step away. I get that anything over 10 minutes is a long time commitment for people so I hope that format works! I'd hate to have to break this up into multiple videos and make people wait to see it lol.

@eyebahnrides I thought johnny had you in the tunnel, and so did he till your top end kicker in, and you flew past him. I have a 750 zooz witch has more torque than the 1100, so I would have been the quicker off the line and last at the end 😁🤣

@@ashpunting lol i really thought I was going to get smoked by Johnny. My bike has lower torque. I'm also around 200lbs with another 30lbs of gear in my back pack and in the molle bags on the bike. I know I have the top end at 33-34 mph, but i didn't think I had enough roadway to catch him lol. I think another thing that helped me is the massive chainring on my bike that allows me to help the bike from 10-27 mph. I'm curious to see if the massive torque of the 750 and the higher top speed of the 1200 would change the result. 🤔

This was an epic ride! Appreciate the shout out! Hopefully I can make it out to the next one!! Always nice riding with you!

Always nice riding with you as well! I know it may not be the fastest group ride out there but I really enjoy mobbing the streets with the supersquad. I hope that I can make the next one, but it's very unlikely that I'll get that day off. I'm hoping we get another one of those SI group rides in before the end of the season

I want to move to where y'all are. My city is nothing but dry weeds and dead trees and people with such burdens on them and express it on everyone in their view watching your videos I come back to life 😁

Every time I think about moving away from NYC, I always remind myself that I've left and come back 3 times lol. It's definitely a love hate relationship with NYC because the highs are real high while the lows are real low

Beautiful ride.I live in Ohio and just got my first ebike a Samebike Pilot M20 and I don't know how many people in my city got eBikes but I would like to do something like this and organize one. Love this video and your narrating

It was a pleasure to finally meet you as well Kahn! My apologies that I couldn't chat as much because I was running around like a madman recording the whole thing lol. I had this idea in my mind, that I wanted to bring everyone along to experience all the pre ride fun in addition to the ride! I think we can do it if the larger crews want to participate in the ride. It's just a bit tough because I know most of the hardcore members of the PEV crews want to blast through the city and riding this chill isn't their thing, so we'll see. I may not be able to make the next one because I work that day. I'm going to try anyways.

@@khanrides yea it’s much more chill. Even though there are builds that are insanely fast, everyone just kind of moves as a mob. It’s more fun that way than potentially dying just to keep up 😅

Great footage....i opted for the Klima in the end....would love the deck space on the Burn E...but all round its a great machine. Nami just nail it.

@@eyebahnrides Its Nami..,,,A to be B is a chore when driving with anything that has an exhaust.ibeen there done that on 2 wheels and 4... would only consider a change to the Klima...if you need to squeeze through traffic.....

Great ride. Great video. Super73 has a Labor Day sale going on for 600 off S2’s and I’m pulling the trigger on my first bike. Can’t wait. Moving to Dallas come October and it will be great to ride around the streets I’m sure. Keep up the great content.

I always tell everyone that the Super73 is an absolute joy to ride as long as you know what to expect. Especially, if you have much more open streets than NYC lol. It's a class 3 ebike cruiser so it's a much more chill ride than a "e moto" passing off as an ebike. Of course there's a massive modding community just incase you want to go down the path of insane speeds lol, but I think the bike is amazing as is. There's a Super Squad in San Antonio if you ever want to travel south to hook up with the community. You can find them at @super73satx on IG. Welcome to the #supersquad !

@@eyebahnrides absolutely have been interested in mods. Even simple ones like a new headlight, seat, alarm&horn and a most definite look into a chi battery range extender. We do have the Electric Wednesday Meet that happen every week but its much smaller and not really a ride.

This was a hell of a group ride because we got a chance to show folks from Super73 HQ around this amazing city and they got to experience the insanity of riding through the streets of NY. I have the Loomenade mirrors that I picked up from Last Mile NYC (they're my S73 dealer). Before they had these, I was using a similar mirror from Amazon from Kemimoto.

It’s hard to get in one of these rides when I already have a sound production gig.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I just realized that I didn't reply to this, my apologies! I believe the major scooter rides are hosted by East Coast Scooters. I've never attended one of their rides because I haven't been off for any of them, so I can't give you any information on how they are. Usually there's a good mix of PEVs at most rides but of ofc the S73 one will be heavy with s73!

Thanks for watching this one as well, I appreciate ya! hahaha this is one of those unspoken rules of NYC happening again, because we're just navigating traffic lol. If it's clear, it's going to get used lol. Whether its a group ride, a vehicle, a pedestrian, a heard of runners (like in my last video), etc, we'll use the space if it opens up. It's also really hard to fit 100+ riders down that street because we ran into the stop on that turn. Luckily there weren't any cars that needed to use that street. That NYU area will have heavier pedestrian traffic and they seemed to really enjoy the sight of us lol. I dunno if you caught the 2 ladies crossing the street waving like it was a beauty pageant hahaha Our guests from Super73 California was confused by some of the things here in NY but that's also part of the fun! I'm excited to experience each regions group ride one day

@@Masters-rc9sc Yup, thank you! No worries, a lot of us more experienced riders tried to keep the newer riders and the families in safer positions. Luckily with a group this big cars tend to flow along with us and we tend to flow along with them as well. It was definitely more difficult to navigate the streets with a group this large compared to the last one!

I only go 25 mph 😂

thanks for watching this as well! I honestly don't see many of the migrants since I don't go into the hubs like 34th Street or parts of Long Island City. I know they're doing deliveries now but I can't tell the difference since all the delivery people ride like crap and do stupid stuff constantly. It's either they dont know the road laws/ etiquette or they do and just dont care enough to follow.
