Hi, just a question..., why did you not continue with your cleaning business?

I have been watching your content and trying to learn about e-commerce/ reselling and ur content has been extremely helpful . I was thinking of opening an UK ebay business account for reselling . I was wondering if you can guide on if it is must to have a business BANK account if I am trying to open an ebay business account or I can use a personal bank account when registering ? Also , can I use a virtual address for registration on ebay rather than my actual personal address for privacy reasons ? I will really appreciate ur guidance on these points .. thank you so so much ..

Hi thanks for watching! You don't need a business bank account and can just use your own, however you do need to use your address. You can use the address of a storage unit or something if you have anywhere to work out of but you can't give a virtual address. I understand the privacy concerns and I have thought the same. But when someone buys from us we get all the buyers details to post to so it is only fair that they get our legit address to be able to return items too. Hope that helps x

Trust me put your prices higher. Ignore what others have sold things for, get nice photos and up the price. You will also sell more as people assume that when things are cheap they aren't as good

Hello, I bought the profit tool spreadsheet to use but the profit is not matching up correctly, The fee percentage for Ebay I believe it is 12.8% whereas yours is 12.5%. I have changed it on my spreadsheet but the profit is still slightly off. Please can you have a look in to it. Thanks x
