I’m 63 and have been rebounding for 4 years! Amazing for lymphatic system, energy, good for bone density, easy on the joints and so much fun.

Brittany, I have read for one hour in my bed every night since I was 12. I’m now 60. It’s just a luxury that I will not give up. It calms my mind, gives me peace, and I might just learn something. Lol crazy concept.!

Rebounders are also great for anxiety. My bestie’s son is on the autism spectrum and he rebounds whenever he feels anxious and it helps him immensely.

You turned me on to the Kindle page turner a while back. I had stopped reading as much due to arthritis. The page turner is a true game changer. I no longer get sore hands from holding the Kindle just so I can turn a page every couple minutes. Thanks so much.

Warning: I was having my child use that iodine nasal spray everyday, but it totally messed with her thyroid. It showed up wonky on some bloodwork. I stopped the nose spray and her thyroid numbers went back inside the normal range a month later. So strange.

Actually it’s not weird at all & so glad you mentioned it! Iodine has a direct tie to thyroid health/balance! People need to be careful but iodine when depleted is vital & can make a huge difference in health. It’s a balance!

I stop buying all must have Amazon gadgets. Feeling great. Less clutter in house. I use to use them ones than store them for years . I declutter recently most of those items and not buying anymore. My life is more peaceful.

I have recently started decluttering and stopped buying gadgets (my goodness I donated 4 boxes from the kitchen only) we don't need a garlic rolling slicer..etc..back to basics and I'm feeling better

Great to “see” you Brittany. I know things are still ongoing and the emotional and financial burden can feel so hard. There WILL be a day where you can breathe and be proud of yourself for not giving up. Always sending over and prayer your way. In regard to the video - I have been wanting a rebounder for so long! I loved basically everything but some of the most helpful products are the window break alarm, help with a child’s seatbelt, nasal spray. And the airplane looks like great fun! Keep making more of these helpful product videos. I normally like every video you post☺️

Yes!! Rebounding is AWESOME 💜 been doing it for years. The channel I Jump Instead here on KZread has some great rebounder workouts but most of the time I just do my own thing. SO fun and it just makes you feel so good 😊

Hey Brittany! Just wanted to let you know that I’m continuing to send prayers and positive energy your way. Keep the faith knowing you will come through this rough time stronger and happier! The Lord never gives us more than we can handle! I ,too, went through divorce when I was 30 with a 2 year old daughter and only my last month’s paycheck from my teaching job in New Orleans to have to start over with. Looking back, (I’m 65 now), I wonder how I did it, but I did learn a lot about just how strong I was. Your children are very fortunate to have such a wonderful mom looking out for them and this experience will make your bond even stronger! Hang in there! ❤️ Btw, I started using the iodine nasal spray after I saw your first video when you mentioned it last year and I too have not been sick with any respiratory issues, which I usually get in winter and spring. I will continue using it every day, so thank you so much for sharing! 🥰

There is a lot of new fascinating research that has just come out within the last 10 years or more. Most of the speakers are medical doctors who will be addressing these kinds of symptoms in light of new medical research. There are some nutritionist speakers as well. The live-steam ticked is $99.00 which I think is supper doable because you can also include more than one person watching. I wish I knew more of an impactful way to give back to you. Both links to the posture correctors are the same. Love my rebounder. I got the smaller one and it works great. Told the hubs what you said about the NASA study...I think that may have convinced him to try it. Always love these videos bc of the research you do.
