11 things to delete: -Narcissist "friends" and "family". -Social media. -The news, media and newspapers. Only for direct dangers or calamities in the neighbourhood or in town. -Political conversations. Everybody has a right to have their own opinion. Everybody also have a right to remain silent about it. There are better things to talk about. -Drugs and alcohol. -Hoarding and clutter. -Negative self talk. -Junkfood. -Too much coffee and sugar. -Road rage. -Using a phone outside and in traffic; leave it at home. Turn it off. Nobody is important.

In the MBTI my type of personality has the cognitive function of Thinking Extrovert as the auxiliar function. The extrovert thinking thinks out loud. To not repress a natural function of yours try to give trainings and talk a lot this way. It decompresses your need to express yourself verbally.

I agree whole heartedly. If we all could learn these concepts at an early age as a foundation for life this could have very profound effects on the whole human race. We all need this wisdom to break free of the negativity holding us back from our true potential. The way we currently live is not leading us to a good future. The example we show our children isnt teaching them anything useful in life. Our society is broken. I feel this way of thinking is a good place to start. Then when enough people get it maybe we can start evolving again twards what we are meant to be....

When you share you believe the person may have solutions. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. Realize hurt is caused by you caring about the person who is hurting you. Only after realizing the hurting you are feeling is not part of a relationship you may think it is. The relationship is all one sided. Remove this person from your life even if the person is family. I don't participate in other people's gossip or their relationship woes as it's none of my concern and that I look at them when they're forcing the issue and simply state " if you can't leave drama at the door, then please don't speak to me or leave" and this usually accomplishes exactly what I want ...their exit out of my life and that nipping it in the bud has always saved me a lot of grief

Media in majority, of any kind ride on profits. Money directs its' plans in orogramming with profit margin in focus. Afterall, how much of which news will effect an individual's daily life? News saturation is such that they are climbing on top of each other, now even individuals are collecting news singularly and get so many 'hits'.
