If these were the only games to release this year I would be plenty happy. To know that there are plenty more coming makes it even more exciting. Thanks for compiling this list. Will make it easy to show people what is coming soon for PSVR2 and VR in general.

Just doing a straight VR version of AVP2 would be fantastic - one of the few flat screen PC games that actually made me physically jump and panic in places. Playing the 3 different roles in VR would be a bonus - although crawling around the walls as an alien might make your head spin 🙂 And for the love of all that is sane, can someone please sponsor a proper VR version of Bioshock and something from the original PC Mechwarrior series! There are so many classic games that deserve a VR version. SW Squadrons was a dream come true for those of us that loved the original X-Wing & Tie Fighter games (and I still have a small hope that it will be upgraded for the PSVR2). An old PS2 classic that would translate well to VR is a game called 'Black'. That's one of the few FPS's on the old PS2 that was playable on a controller with thumbsticks, and it was the closest I've ever felt to being in an action film (before decent home VR came along of course) - the sound in that game was fantastic - particularly the weapons.

AVP, and Bioshock would be amazing in VR.. Also prayin they bring port SW Squadrons, absolutely loved that game. I think I remember Black.. so many old games that would make incredible VR experiences, instead of making brand new games, Dead Island, Alien Isolation, Bioshock, etc. I'd love to see them start doing more of that.

Right now I’ve got more games then I have time to play - vertigo 2, dead hook, and ultra wings 2 are consuming all of my free time what a great time for psvr2 - coming on strong !!!

Seriously! Been a great year for PSVR2, hopefully this year is even better! Playing through Vertigo 2 myself right now, and i'm loving every minute of it. Hows Dead Hook? Heard good things.

Man, I had been waiting for a great Alien game since I was a kid when my dad took me to see the original film opening night. I even changed the rules to the Atari 2600 game Maze Craze to make it an Alien game. Alien Vs Predator and Alien Trilogy were fantastic but Alien Isolation was a love letter to fans of the original film. I am still stunned at what an incredible job they did with the design of that game. I am so glad the new VR Aliens game will tilt towards being like Isolation. I don't want a "lawnmower" game where I'm repeatedly gunning down hundreds of Aliens. People seem to be lining up to say PSVR2 is "dead" but when you look at all the quality games we have right now to play and all these AAA titles coming out this year, I think PSVR2 is one of the top headsets to have. Great list and I look forward to seeing you cover these games as they release.

Man, seeing Alien opening night as a kid had to be insane! Jealous. AVP was an awesome game, loved the Asymmetrical gameplay, underrated game.. My buddies and I were unstoppable as Aliens in that game, get on the ceiling and tail stab the heck out of them when they enter a room unknowingly that were hiding above them lol.. colonial marines were so much fun, and same with Predator. Loved that game, that would be INSANE in VR if they were ever to bring that back getting to play as all 3.. But I totally agree when it comes to Survios Aliens game, we don't need just a lawnmower type Aliens game, they need to nail the horror, atmosphere, and storytelling first, and foremost. An Alien game in vr .... that , if they can pull it off will be awesome. I've got to say I for one cannot understand why the Alien Isolation game hasn't been converted to play on psvr2. It would be brilliant

I loved the original Wanderer I can't wait to see the new one, the old one was not much if I thought about it, but the game mechanics and puzzles the story was spot on( I mean took me 2 days to figure out I need to lick the frog and get high to see the next move 😁)🍻

I really hope so, gonna be so let down if it isn't. Has a lot to live up to with Alien Isolation already being a perfect VR experience to bring to PSVR2.. but I have faith.

This is awesome. People say psvr2 is dead but id be happy with even half of these. Games are long now anyway, there isnt enough time to play all of them as it is

For the games like resident evil 4 vr, they should had an option with no jumpscares. Me and many many other just cannot stand the jumpscares in VR. But I would love to play the game in VR.

That would be cool to have an option like that for gamers who don't want the jump scares.. maybe even having a warning right before it's about to happen instead of removing them completely.. which would be way more complicated. That would be nice for VR players like yourself who want to experience games like RE4, which you should cause it's out of this world!

@@ReadyPlayerTomVR I know , but the intense jumpscares in VR are just too overwhelming for me, and I'm aware that I'm not the only one feeling this way. At my house, nobody is willing to engage in horror VR games, especially titles like Resident Evil 4 on PSVR, for the same reason. It seems like companies might not fully grasp the extent to which they're alienating potential players. The VR horror genre, in my opinion, caters to a very specific and limited audience. And it's sad cause I just love Resident Evil 4.

Yup can't lie. No way i could pay alien isolation in vr.....i. would 100% have a heart attack 😂

Been playing a cool variety of bright colorful, non horror games on the channel recently, there is a good bit of variety available imo.. hopefully more getting announced in the near future.

I'm pretty sure Ghost of Tabor is on it's way to PSVR2, just need more news on it.

The vast majority of Alien/Aliens based games going right back to the ZX Spectrum have absolutely sucked with only Isolation being a true stand out success in achieving what a game based on those films should feel like. So if I said I felt "apprehension" towards Aliens VR I would be putting it mildly. "Rumoured" to be heavily influenced by isolation? Without a citation from Servios themselves I take that as nothing more than wishful thinking from Isolation fans. This is not Creative Assembly so it will not be the AI used in Isolation so im expecting, at absolute best yet another Doom clone with Aliens. Colonial Marines or Fireteam Elite in VR anyone? :-/

Yeah, take that inspired to be like Isolation with a massive grain of salt.. it's truly wishful thinking without anything from Survios. I REALLY hope it's not just another Doom clone with Xenomorphs, and turns out to be something special... but again expect the worst, hope for the best.

Thank you for saying in your opinion Alien Isolation is the best survival horror game of all time everyone's always saying their view as if it's fact when it literally isn't I couldn't get into it so I hate Alien Isolation seeing if the scary VR games really do come if so Imma buy them

Haha, I agree release dates, and push backs are becoming the norm, especially with PSVR2... back in the day a game getting delayed was rare, now almost every single game gets pushed back, and more than once. Happy Funland, and Madison are 100% coming to PSVR2 though... Madison is coming in less than 2 weeks, Happy Funland in March (hopefully).. Thanks for your comment Art the Clown lol.
