Man, I'm telling you. Xu Xin is at the same time a nice quiet guy. One day I was on Beijing Subway, he's right in front of me. Says nothing. Just playing his video game on the phone. No one seemed to recognize who he is. I kept it that way. Great dude.

@@parkchunjae8471 because Chinese’s coach( Liwu gouLiang) will pick who play single, double and team, he joined in team and won this year. Ma Long and Fan ZD play Single and both are on final

@@sengjariangrojkul1310 he’s great to watch due to his style but the problem is xx isn’t reliable like ml and the others, that’s why he wasn’t picked for single. Which is a shame

Only people who play table tennis will realise how difficult it is to play such shots.. it is greatness of xu xin that make them look simple.

The athleticism Xu Xin plays at combined with his insane coordination is just so impressive. Probably overall one of the great athletes in the world.

His coach is Ma Lin and it shows, their playing is very similar in several shots, they're both artists

if anyone needed any more proof that Xu Xin is one of the most talented players ever, here it is. He makes so many shots where there really seems no shot possible. Incredible

He's the best penholder player, penhold creates many opportunities for creativity and even if he doesn't wins, he's diverse and innovative as fuck, my idol man

I've never seen as much movement with the ball as is shown here. That ball is curving all over the place. The fact that these players can keep on rallying is mindboggling.

Man, his forehand is just unbeatable.

@Roy de Vries de Vries A lot of guys have good footwork. The Korean penholder Ryu Seung Min had as good a footwork as I've ever seen. Some of the better defensive players have great footwork too, like Joo Se Hyuk, Koji Matsushita and Ruwen Filus

Xu Xin and Ma Long are easily the most aggressive players of the game .... What differentiates Xu Xin is that he really waits for the ball to drop low before hitting a crazy forehand

You could tell Ma Long was by far the best player of the ones Xu faced in these.......those rallies were insane, you couldn't even see the ball half the time they were hitting so fast

Thanks for the video, you actually lowered the music during the shots, there are some channels out there that blast annoying music through the points.
