I keep a gratitude journal next to my bed and every night before I got to sleep, I write down at least five thing that I felt grateful for that day

I am baffled by how good this video is, it just randomly popped up and it's amazing, so well explained and comforting

I'm on leave because of feeling almost burnout. I'm watching this while eating before I go to yoga and meditation class. And I just smiled and said I'm grateful for Lewis, he is so like me in so many things.

Yesterday, I had a wonderful and insightful conversation with a man who fundraise for black students to be able to attend HBCU.
