Got the Thorne and it is great very true to original good choice,very vintage

Great options David. I will have to seriously check them out! The Thorn looks awesome. Cronos and Hroudland are quality made. I thought that chronograph was a Breguet homage. Interesting 😊

The watch if great for the price the case especially the lugs is spot on the only complaint i have is the crown is a bit small. You mentioned the lug to lug it fits my 6.75 inch wrist well.

I have the Rdunae with a really really nice box double dome sapphire crystal, and fitted a Yobokies mil spec dial. I think it looks awesome for less than £200 🤙

That’s interesting, maybe they have less QC when it comes to finishing or fitment on parts/alignment? That’s the only thing I could think of that would really warrant a significant price variance.

main problem for those homage watches are the lume. so unstable in quality. and always got different brightness

I know exactly what you mean with the lume, especially from the dial vs hands or bezel. That is why I always like to look at one in person first if possible to see just how good or bad the lume actually is.

I have the Cronos and has great lume

The rdunae is mineral glass, not acrylic.

@@DavidSchwartzjr I bought it, thinking it was acrylic (which is what I really like) and alas, it was mineral. It's a great watch though and one I wear often. It's small, lightweight and very well made. I pull any metal bracelets from all my watches, cannot stand having a half pound of metal on my arm. I wear this over my Rolex sub or omega sea master, not due to worrying about the more expensive watches but because it's a really cool piece. I live in Asia and can wear a 10,000$ watch without worrying about some asshat cutting my arm off, as every fool here wears a fake AP or patek or Rolex and we thankfully don't get the kind of tourists you find in the heart of all the big cities back home...

@jeffmalm9708 yeah man I have seen similar with watches claiming sapphire and then it’s a “sapphire coated” mineral that only tests as a mineral glass on my diamond tester 😣 That is nice you don’t have to worry about rocking your luxury pieces there overseas, I’ve been lucky to never deal with stuff like that here in Texas but I also have insurance and most people don’t even know what a Blancpain or Tudor is which I’m okay with lol Have a great day my man! 😎🙌

I think that watch sellers should get away from having every watch picture with the hands in the same position ten after ten...

Yeah it’s the “standard” but doesn’t always work with every dial layout. Sometimes 8:20 is better 😎👍

The 10 : 10 is supposed to make it look like it's smiling, which makes the buyer subconsciously have a positive feeling. 😊 The 8 : 20 though doesn't look like it's frowning, but I think it's more like a moustache on the face of a watch. 😂
