I have just started watching your videos, but I've noticed that some people act like its your fault that they weren't responsible enough to make regular payments. You have the patience of Job! These people are lucky they will be allowed to reclaim the building contents. In most states the lienholder has the right to file a "mechanic's lien" and then hold everything inside the building until all payments are made or is paid off in full.

Compared to stuff fifty years ago, yeah it's a nice trailer, but it could be designed better. It would be a lot better with two horizontal wheels to allow for better positioning. Of course, that costs money and that is always the limiting factor. I could build an entire smart home complete with a bunch of robots that would be well ahead of its time, but, money. Way more money than I have lol.

Repossession aside, what strikes me about these is that they're sitting on dirt. I bought two sheds and in both cases I was instructed to provide a crushed stone base for air circulation and drainage. Certain dimensions too. Not just anything I felt like. This was a very reputable shed company though. Maybe the makers of cheaper ones don't really give a crap. They'll just sell you a new shed when the current one rots out.
