Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
Thanks for watching
Have a great Day. Josh

I CANT top that i was going to say almost every job he goes to looks like a dump, I mean i have junk, but it don't look like that. I guess when you live back in the sticks and cat see the road, whys it matter? Because people drive up to the house.

I once rented a storage space in a facility. When I moved out, I cleaned up so that it was ready rent again. The condition he left that shed was deplorable. He even said he emptied it out. That person has no integrity. His existence makes the world a little worse.

It never ceases to amaze me how low people can be. Intentionally parking the car to block the shed removal is just one of many examples of what you have to deal with on a daily basis. You have the patience of Job. I could never do your job. :)

Most of these people have actual handy/crafty skills. They just don’t have business or organization skills. It’s the difference between someone being creative with money and resources vs a creative skilled person that’s struggling to dig out of a personal/financial hole. Most of these people just need an investment and space and resources to create.
