This was one of my first introductions into yoga 7 years ago also. I can't believe it's been 7 years, I can't believe this is 10 years old 😂.
This flow is MAGIC. I've used it for 10+ years starting in my early 40s. I normally use it 3-5 mornings. Recently I had a string of sleepless nights waking at 2:40am with leg cramps and hot flash. Instead of continuing to toss and turn, I did this 10 minute flow - slept soundly the rest of the night. Next night I did it before bed and had 6 hrs of undisturbed sleep. Thanks for keeping this video up!
Paula, The suryanamaskar flow and explanation has to be one of the best I've ever seen in years since I left India!! Thank you, I'm going to follow this flow everyday!
Just wanted to say thank you for creating this sequence. I try do do it every morning and it is just the perfect flow for me.
I have done a lot of searching on KZread for a calm yet energizing and challenging yoga sequence. Not only does this provide a challenge, but your voice is the most relaxing I've come across! :) I could watch this every morning to start off my day and consistently feel great afterwards :)

Thank u Paula for this routine. You show the difference between cobra and upward dog so clearly and your transitions are so smooth. I've save this to do regularly alongside your recent 30min yoga flow recorded 3 weeks ago. Awesomeness.

I'm a bodybuilder and i've never done yoga before, ive always brushed it off for whatever reason. I decided to give it a try between study sessions for finals just now. I cant believe how tiring this is, im dripping in sweat. Felt awesome though, thanks.

jeenyus720 Yes yoga can be really deceiving as it looks quite relaxing, but actually can be very physically challenging - and one of the aims is to try and remain relaxed despite the difficulty. Thanks for watching :)

This is the perfect match between stretch and strength and I love it as a quick break from my office routine. Warms me up, makes me feel good in my body and creates the space in my head for further concentration and creativity. Thanks!

Perfect short full body routine. One of the best on youtube for vibe, pacing and sequence of vinyasa style. Economical, minimalist but maximizes time. Well executed.
I absolutely love it! Great way to release tension. I hope to get better and become more comfortable with the positions and breathing patterns.

When I first started this sequence I was huffing puffing and saying “slow down lady!!!” As I kept collapsing in my postures. Fast forward 2 months and I’m able to keep up with you! Thank you for the challenge! Subscribed!

Always kind of thought you needed 30min-60min to do yoga. This 10min session was on point!! Great for the first thing after rolling out of bed. Thank you.

I used to do this yoga...Just 10min with full body yoga.. Really effective to loosen your muscles..
Such a quick easy flow! I needed a good stretch of my limbs and this was perfect! Your voice is so calming!

Great sequence. I thought I would do this to stretch a bit as I was sore from a recent hike. I actually found it more challenging than I thought, in a good way, it got the heart racing a bit which was good. Loved the voice and music.

Hi Paula, I really like this yoga routine, it's been over 3 years that I'm coming back to it at least once a week as I find it perfect for me. I thought I would just ask, as sometimes, I'm in a much slower mood like after a long day or sour muscles, so I'm pausing the video in between each moves to have a "slow-motion" restaurative version of it. Do you think one day, you could record this exact same routine in a Yin pace? That would be so so great ♡ In any case, thank you for the amazing videos you do.

Lovely interpretation of the suryanamaskar or sun salutation. One observation I wanted to share with everyone. I saw so many dogs doing the downward dog asana in front of the sun naturally early in the morning. Isn't that fascinating. You are actually meant to do this asana in front of the rising sun saluting the sun and absorbing its energies. I am a late riser so I have done this in front of the sun maybe 2 times in life but its fantastic.
