the beginning was great (construction from ground up). Nice house for one person with craft room (or for exercise or work space) and guest room too.

u know what i luv about akashi designs? bedroom doors are not seen in d living room, thus it has privacy...this model...wow...i luv d kitchen, d way it maximizes space...d laundry room, many storage cabinets for dirty clothes & for washed/dried clothes...this could avoid unnecessary clutter...Excellent!

Another beautiful design! And the decorating is outstanding! You need to design here in the states also!

Omgosh, love love love sincerely. The inside of this house is identical style of my old house, I would call this my mini house. I’m not kidding it’s totally identical of my old house. In fact, I’m in the middle of planning on building the style of my old house but smaller version bcz of the land is small, perfect size for me. Thank you so much, I enjoyed it.

OMG a normal closet in master bedroom. I love this but a few changes for me. Take out the master bath don't need two. Dinning table looks to big so a smaller one might look better and I do love a laundry room. Very beautiful home!

Nice! But instead of this porch I prefer to have some hall (or mud room) where people can leave their coats, shoes and etc. I don't think it is a good idea to get to a living room or a kitchen right from outside

I love your design, the floor plan and i like that theres always a laundry area inside 👌 BUt i dont understand why there's sink in the corner of your dining area. You can do double sink in the kitchen. For me, its just ruin the whole concept. When i saw it, i just imagine that its not there.

in most part of Africa, you have to give the Parents, elders, victors water to wash their hands before eat and after, so the corner sink is appropriate for chaos of such!!

I imagine extra storage there like linen/coat/pantry or where the furnace/water heater is located. Storage is so important for smaller homes.

I think it is a nice idea to have a place to wash your hands before you eat. You don't need to go to the toilet and wash your hands.

This pretty home is extremely small.

First, a hallway with a shoe stand and a closet is missing. you enter the house and where do you take off and leave your clothes? Second, having a closet adjacent to a bathroom is not a good idea due to humidity spreading to a closet, at least not isolated by walls and a door. I liked the kitchen. Generally it is a nice looking house. But it is small if you have kids, where do they play? Or if you have a hobby like crafts or need a library space. For me a living room is too stuffed with furniture and decor. A house is more for eating and sleeping and watching TV. No extra activity will fit in there.
