Yes, the transceiver is compatible with Intel 82599 pciex cards.
What do i need for Solarflare cards? As i bought some for cisco switches and theses dont work.

Could you please advise us the connectivity with the Solareflare card? Like, cable type/length, other side device model. When inserted to Solarflare card, any information showed?
