1090 Jake on Kodak Black, Young Thug, Wack100, BG, O Block 6, Keefe D, YNW Melly (Full Interview)

Ойын-сауық

1090 Jake returned to VladTV where he started off the new sit-down by addressing Lil Boom's arrest. After breaking down Lil Boom's case, he revealed that the personality has threatened to sue him and other media platforms over their coverage of the case. Jake also touched on BG's release from prison and whether he believes the Cash Money rapper snitched. Vlad and Jake gave their reactions to FBG Duck's murder case, where multiple men were found guilty of carrying out the attack. In addition, Jake commented on additional cases related to Keefe D, King Yella, King Von, Quando Rondo, HomeyKomb Brazy, YNW Melly, Kodak Black, and Blueface. To hear more, check out the full interview above.

    The whole “white people have no right to speak about or be part of the HipHop culture” annoys tf outta me… So the music was created to express and offer a window into the experience of what was going on in certain communities. So being heard, identifying with aspects of human experiences, supporting the art and accepting it, then internalizing aspects is ok, but don’t you fucking dare talk about it, have an opinion, feel so connected to it that you wanna then base the career of your life on it… I understand where the protectiveness of it comes from, so much has been stolen and then history erased of the influence of black culture has happened throughout history people are sick of it… But I feel like in todays age everyone is aware and acknowledges the understanding of the art. You can literally count on one hand the amount of white artists to even be respected for the skill (even then are treated like outsiders still) imagine telling black painters they aren’t allowed to have opinions or speak on Van Gogh, DiVinci, Picasso etc. That’s insane. Art is made to be consumed and interpreted and internalized by all humans. It’s art. You can’t put art out into the world and have people fall in love with it and then tell them they have no right to their feelings. Js.

    around the 20:30 mark, they discuss what goes along with agreeing to take a charge..$ it almost seems as though they fail to realize a vast majority of these "decisions" to take a charge for someone else are made on the spot, sometimes during moments of extreme chaos or under a great deal of stress/pressure.. meaning a lot of people either dont have time to, or flat out just dont, consider what might come along with offering to accept a charge for somebody else.

    “No Contest” is saying that you are not admitting “guilt” but acknowledging the prosecution has enough evidence that you couldn’t beat in trial… so it’s basically saying, I’m not going to say I’m guilty, but I will acknowledge there is enough evidence to convict so to avoid losing in trial and costing the state a bunch of money you take a deal admitting the evidence looks bad for you but you’re not admitting guilt.

    Crazy how im sitting back listening to all of the stories they both speaking on. Truly sounds like it all plays out as a true life long reality story all happening and taking place in real time. With real life characters from comic books and movies coming to life right before our eye's. Like the whole world is a Dark and Beautiful crime history documentary about humans living together killing each other on a sphere. With one hell of a storyline with ALL kinds of twist and turns and much much much more. Just a never ending story of humans lives coming to an end in many fashions down to the very end of the last human beings existence....... Then what comes next after or once we are ALL GONE? Or will human life ever come to an actual true end?

    I got out of prison in Alabama of a Level 4 i did time in dorms with guys with life without. I did time with guys who fought their case and got off death row and left Holman and came to dorms i lived. They had been in cells by themselves for years. Anyday in the prison i did time you could lose your life over a pack of tops or a bag of coffee. Not even that it could be over potato chips and people think crazy but a bag of chips counts as an item which relates to one dollar at the time. Each item of food or coffee a bag of tops had value which relates to money. Its a world inside a world. Ive been thru riots and they call in what they call goon squad. Guys who are all on steroids look like hulk and all huge. They carrying ar15s each region has their own. They not only train for inmates. Let the public get out of control one day. The public will get to see what they are all about. They do not play. They will knock your brains out. They would get everyone naked face down and seach everything go thru your personal stuff in box and clear you and make you set with other naked men. They do not do it neat they throw your stuff all over the dorm you most likely will not find your items that people die over in prison they do not care. The police whether white or black stir up the racial tensions at time. You have police who are affiliated with the gangs which they not suppose to be. You see peoples paper work with life without the release date is oooooooo its no release date. Your actually living dead. Your birth certificate is worth money. The goverment borrows money off your birth certificate on what you may produce in life. When you get locked up they get to cash in that bond. Certain areas is considered ports. They go by maratime law. 99% people have no clue what is going on. In law paperwork words on paper mean a lot.

    Can you explain more in depth about the gvt borrowing money from/cashing in on ppl's birth certificates thing you mentioned? What exactly do you mean & how's that work? I've never heard of anything like that; I never really been locked up either but I'd assume that's something anyone who pays attention to politics or who reads/watches alot of prison related stuff-would've at least heard of at some point. Are you referring to the social security checks most ppl are entitled to after age 60-65, like the gvt borrows money from that & when some1 gets locked up for life then the gvt gets to keep the money the inmate would've gotten from social security after a certain age?

  • @Ic5gear

    @Ic5gear

    @MyHandleIs the way I understand goverments trade their citizens. Once you are born, you are issued a birth certificate. That comes from maritime law when a ship is coming into port, it's called berth. I believe I'm not real sure. You can read up on it on maritime law. When you are in your mothers wound, you are in water. Once born, you hit land, I assume is where it comes from ,you are actually waiting to port. I know the only port in America not surrounded by water is Las Vegas. You are a product of the government. When you go to prison, most places put you in a warehouse that looks like warehouses that any other product is stored. The only difference is they put bunk beds in the warehouse they have a federal law how far apart they have to be . Ussually, you can stand at the edge of one and extend your arm out, and the next will be their arm length. That is called the cut for 2 beds. You have to learn to be respectful of your bunk mate and learn how to conduct yourself depending on whether you are on top or bottom.

    SMH.. I really just don’t understand people sometimes. Where to even start on this… The government gives zero shits about maritime law, they have aircraft carriers with elevators holding 30 x F-35 fighter jets on each, submarines with 15 nuclear warheads on each. The government doesn’t give a shit about a birth certificate being used to borrow money or cash out on. The government can “print” as much “money” as they want over and over and over with no balances or checks to stop them, they don’t need even one birth certificate. I put “print” in quotes because the government doesn’t actually print the bills to give themselves as much as they want, they go into a database and add zeros to the balances of the accounts the government owns that is held in the bank that the government runs. I put “money” in quotes because the government cares zero shits about a birth certificate or a boat for their “money”, they don’t even call it “money.” They add those zeros to those accounts, move in and out of stocks, they completely fund entire industries through the military industrial complex. The military industrial complex gives zero shits about pirates and ships and laws on water or birth certificates. It’s the military industrial complex… 99% of our countries citizens couldn’t all put their life savings together and amount to what the military industrial complex churns through in one decade of “war.” You need more education, self taught if need be, but stay off the conspiracy fringe websites and move closer to the center. Hell, I believe in conspiracies too but believing the government needs birth certificates to fund itself and borrow money when the government isn’t restricted by ANYTHING to fund or borrow. The Pentagon lost more than a TRILLION dollars and never had to answer for where it went and told everyone they have no idea where it went. A TRILLION dollars lost, gone, poof… and they just shrugged it off. They don’t care about shitty boats and maritime.. DAYUM….

    I think the reason everyone looks at vlad as someone who works with the feds is because of interviews like this…in the last 4 interviews he has brought up the same topics to get different insights from these people he’s basically making it 10x easier for the police to pin things together and then saying he doesn’t work for the police lmfaooo then constantly brags about “solving the Tupac murder” but trying to deter it by saying he dropped a book and went on other shows to talk about it 😭😭😭

    Vlad you forgot to mention that if he decides to go with the defense that he just made it up, then they can bring in the proffer agreement as evidence against him. He would be violating it at that point by saying he was being deceptive. Statue limitations ran out, so he can’t be charged, but by violating that agreement, they can introduce it in court.
