I just love the Midnight Quilt Show. So much fun, brilliant techniques, fabric, humor, wine, and beautiful quilts. Keep doing what you're doing Angela. Which means more fabric, quilts, rulers, techniques, tricks and fun. "A finished quilt is always better than a perfect quilt top."

Angela, the Midnight Quilt Show is my favourite quilting channel on KZread. You are fun, talented, can laugh at yourself and give inspiration to so many of us. You have inspired me so much I am driving 30+ hours to attend classes in your shop. I have a neglected Long Arm in my basement and I am hoping to gain confidence to finish the tops that are piling up. The quilts on the program are bright and cheerful. I have been saving the free patterns and purchased couple patterns and kits for future projects. I especially love that you allow quilters to embrace their mistakes, whether it is in the piecing or quilting.

After I retired this fall, I started quilting again after 28 years hiatus. I’d never tried machine quilting, but didn’t want to go back to hand quilting. Angela inspired me to give it a try. I’m still learning so I’m, and I’m incredibly grateful for the Midnight Quilt Show. Thanks for the inspiration and instruction!

Love, Love,Love Angela's laid back take on quilting and her advice that 'done is better than perfect' her encouragement and POSITIVE, UPBEAT attitude about all aspects of quilting. My favorite moment was when she decided to exchange her wine for another low cal drink--silly girl!! Love the sips of wine while taping!!

Angela - thanks so much for all you do. I spent last week teaching a friend how to make a quilt. She had not even turned on a sewing machine EVER! She is a real smart lady and she catches on well. She doesn't like cutting, piecing is ok but she just loves the quilting part! Yes, I told her where to find your videos and had them on in the background while we were quilting. You inspire all of us. Keep up the great work. Thanks to your family as well. I am sure they miss you when you are gone.

CONGRATS! Angela, you have taken away my fear of FMQ! You are that quilting friend we all wish we had living close by with lots of time to share our favorite pastime. Your videos make us feel we can do that anytime. I really love when you FMQ with the camera overhead and music so we can just relax and watch. Sometimes it is like I am the one doing it and choose where to go next. Those videos gave me the courage I needed to just do it for the enjoyment and not worry about the finished quilt! Wish you continued success. God bless, sweet lady to you and yours!

My favorite Midnight Guilt Show moment? Showing your stash. Now I don't feel so bad that I have enough fabric to make quilts for the rest of my life, but still look (and buy) even more fabric. Love your style, your videos, your quilts and your quilting. But best of all, "Close enough is good enough" and "sraightish." Line. You are one of my bestest quilt friends. Blessings, hugs, and congratulations on reaching 100K subscribers!!!🎉🍷👏👏👏

I lost 3 quilter friends this week(50,63, 80) and it is making me rethink and organize....I am returning my stash to back room from all of its escape tendancies. Sorting and donating fabric or gadgets that I just do not need or use. Shifting my priorities. Simplifying so can continue to make 30 or 40 quilts a year but organized... Also hope to do family reunion quilts like Angela does.... And veteran quilts for family members...

Congratulations Angela on this HUGE accomplishment of dedicated quilting friends - also known as subscribers. Your great outlook and relaxed kicked back attitude about quilting has me totally hooked. Before I found your video's, I had only just begun trying to quilt with straight line guilting with my walking foot. Now, thanks to you, I have the same outlook that "Finished is better than perfect" and that I just needed to jump in and start free motion quilting and that EACH quilt will get better and better with all the practice. Thanks for all of the encouragement - now I know that I can do it!

I have watched every episode. I discovered this last February and binge watched them.. I started quilting January 2019 and love free motion quilting. I rewatched every episode for ideas and just listen sometimes when I’m quilting. I’m working on quilt number 15. It’s my third king. I retired from teaching a year ago December. Quilting is my happy place. It’s gets me through the winter, and I still find to do it in the summer.

Midnight Quilt Show showed up on my stream one night last summer. For 2018 I started crochet as a new hobby and I clicked on the video for this 'suggested video'. I had been thinking about giving quilting a try but since I didn't even know how to sew, and I had a sewing machine still in the box...hmmm. Anyway, the videos were cute and I just kept watching. Eventually, I knew I had to give quilting a try. I found Angela's messages of 'a finished quilt is better than a perfect quilt', and 'close enough is good enough' reassuring. So here I am, four months into my new hobby and I have two quilt tops complete, and two in the works. I"m loving it! If you're wondering about giving it a try - don't! You'll love the creative process and you'll be so glad you did. Go on! I dare you!! ;-)

Way To Go Peenie! Great on the sewing. Now to get those completed tops converted into completed quilts. I'm starting my second quilt (queen size) and feel encouraged by how the first completed throw size was completed. Taking my efforts a step at a time. I believe her quote is "A finished quilt is better than a perfect quilt top". I've taken this advice to heart and hoping I can stay committed to finishing the quilt after each top is done, so no UFO's will ever need to be stored.

A Big THANK YOU... You really have a wonderful way of making us feel comfortable with quilting... you leave in any mistakes and it allows me at least to know that it does not have to be perfect. I love quilting in my pjs and can’t wait for next season !

I love your humor and fabric choices. The ombre fabrics blew my mind. You have taught me that perfection isn't required. I have finished 3 quilt tops now, one of which is scrappy triangles inspired (I had a few issues following directions). Hopefully by June I will have tried FMQ. Thank you for all the amazing tutorials.😃

I was hooked with the very first episode! I’ve watched it over and over and made that star top. This year, it will graduate from a top to a quilt 💕 I finally have the skills and confidence to quilt it the way I want. I still rewatch episodes when looking for some mojo or inspiration. I love your relaxed vibe and rapport. Keep teaching us more!

I like the episode where you made a quit in memory of you grandfather teaching you how to quilt. Sharing memories of good things in your life is hidden in your grandfather's quilt. "For Grandpa, with Love".

Angela! 🍷🤗 Thank you for taking the BORING out of quilting for me!!! I was ready to learn machine quilting last year, but kept finding videos created by people who reminded me of my home economics teacher - all buttoned up and sure their work looked perfect, but I just didn’t like listening to them long enough to learn anything. Then I found your videos - you’re so human. And fun! All the techniques are there - awesome fabric, lots of variety...but I actually like listening to you and feel more relaxed about learning machine quilting with your videos. I am also a Bluprint subscriber and it’s nice to see some of the fabrics I see you using are easy to find on Bluprint (formerly Craftsy). Good thing I have a day job to support my fabric stash’s growth and development. I’m also a writer - Lab Results, my book about life and labradors, came out a couple of years ago. It’s so awesome to see other women out there CREATING and enjoying that experience - and helping the rest of us join in. Have an awesome day! Congratulations on the 100,000 subscribers! Keep up the great work! Elizabeth Fitzgerald

Angela, CONGRATULATIONS - the reason that the “Show” works is because you make the watcher feel like you are speaking directly to them. You are funny and instill confidence that I can accomplish whatever you are teaching. THANKS

Congrats on 100,000 subscribers. Thanks for all the laughs. Keep them coming. I was always afraid to free hand machine quilt. You make it look so easy. So I tried it. I love it! I'm using up all my left over fabric just so I can practice free hand machine quilingt. Thanks for the confidence!

Congratulations on 100K - It's like you ran a quilting marathon and reached your goal. :) I have been watching since the very beginning, you never miss making me smile and feel inspired. It's obvious to see how much you love doing what you do! My favourite moments are when you make mistakes (not that I'm hoping you make mistakes), it just makes you more human, like the rest of us :) Keep up the wonderful work and keep your piecing juice glass filled.
