That's scary, I was literally just reading about this figure. People said "wait for reviews before buying it". I went, huh, I wonder if D Amazing touched on it

You know what would be really cool that 1000toys could do? Get the license to Metal Gear Solid. A "solid" 6 inch Solid Snake figure is long over due. The figma Snake is good but I want something the scales well with my Marvel Legends and other 6 inch figures. A Tomb Raider and Resident Evil line would be great too.

The Spartan collection Chief being larger than his counterparts in the line is intentional with the canon. The Spartan IIs like Chief were huge compared to later generations of Spartans.

That's incorrect. Canonically, Chief is bigger....however all the Jazzware figures are exactly the same height, give or take very minor differences. Jerome, Kat, and Chief are all the same height.

If I care about how well a figure can pose I always check out your reviews. You SHOW us the figure in a pose as you pose it. It also helps that you have a solid understanding of balance and imbalance (for the case of showing movement). Countless other videos only give me a general impression of a figure. Another great review.

The pics at the end of your videos are like a cherry on top of a great review, love your vids man.

I think he's too short for this scale. He should be at least as big as the Spartan Collection one. Spartans are 7 foot tall behemoths compared to other humans.

Imo the spartan collection chief is a touch too big for 1/12 sacle. Their Kat is 7"+ tall when shes meant to be less than 7 foot

@@lucasduran2577 MC is 7 foot tall overall and In the review D said the SC MC is 7.2 inches and 1000T MC is 6.9 inches. So while 1000T MC is one inch short after you convert those numbers to feet, SC Chief is 2 inches too tall making1000T MC is the more accurate scale wise. (for metric system users, it ends up with 1000T MC being 210.312 cm tall, actual MC being 213.36, and SC MC being 219.456). Yes I was indeed bored enough to look this up.

Repeatedly stunning and disparate sets, and every time you post I enjoy your reviews, but my favorite bit is always the end with all your beautiful photography set to a very unique and engaging soundtrack. Fantastic articulation and details, but yeah it's $150. It's also more in scale with Japanese imports than American 1:12 scale. The Spartan Collection is getting better with each series, hopefully Jazwares gets some inspiration from the 1000Toys Halo figures and makes some improvements to future releases in the Spartan Collection.

bro! absolutely glorious shots made! this figure is pretty great and the rediculous amount of poses you can get this guy in is pretty damn incredible! I probably won't get him though. 😅 he's a bit expensive and I'm really happy with the jazzwares chief! he's a nice big ol chunky figure and that shiny chrome visor is spectacular! but yeah, the proportions and articulation for this dude is amazing! he's a pretty great figure, overall! especially for the poses for pics! good stuff, man! 😁👌🏻

Great photography at the end, I really like the idea of chief vs xenomorphs, after all Halo CE was heavily influenced by the movie Aliens

With the size comparison, I just love how everyone else is smaller than master chief as ( i may recognize some of the character) they should. That's how I 100% want, hopefully i get the official one. If i get the bootleg one then that's ok anyways, as long as it looks super good

The way I look at it is that 1000 toys scales with Figuarts, the Spartan Collection scales with Legends. But if you mix your legends with your figuarts then it’s buyers choice.

It's a remix of beneath the mask instrumental I think.

My issue is that his neck is either short or the shoulders feel to higher. Compare him with the other figures and it seems he has no neck.

One thing that really bug me is the weapon attached on a wrong position…we all know it should stick in the Centre of chefs back. And 1000toys should make it magnet attached for such a high price.

Doesn't actually always stick to the center in every game. Sometimes its offset.

Well I was disappointed that BBTS canceled my Mafex Gambit pre-order due to an error but now I'm gonna get this instead! I like my Spartan Collection but their legs and ankles tend to be super weak/loose. Glad this has no issues plus waist articulation! Thanks D!

Great review, but I think the Jazwares are very well in body proportion, but the two companies FAIL in the knees. both companies need to play whith the JOY RIDE HALO 2 figures and learn to make better poses action figures,, and the price of 1000 Toys is CRAZY, I hope NECA made a 18 inch HALO INFINITE MASTER CHIEF and BELIEVE more cheap than the 1000 Toys

Hello, I loved watching your review and can’t wait to receive my own Chief. Also I wanted to ask any chance you know if other unsc weapons can fit his hands, like from the jazwares figures

First god bless u all. And if don’t believe then hope u have a grt day, holiday and new year. Love 1000 toys synthetic human etc. amazing just amazing. And would love to get this Halo Master Chief but $160+ for a 1/12 scale fig is just little to out my price range for what they offer with it. Don’t get me wrong, fully understand it has die cast inner frame and all but so does a lot of the Ironman SH Figarts as well and for awhile was able to get them for $60 but now more around $80 to $100 and they are amazing as well. So for extra $70 to $100 for this Halo fig just don’t see it. Heck I got my ThreeZerap Bumble Bee Optimus Prime for that price on sale for same cost this 1/12 is. I’m willing to pay for quality and all when feel it’s worth it but to me it just seems way to much for what their giving. Guessing the $20 jazz wares will still be in my shelf’s collection to be shown still. Dang wanted to get this till saw price.
