Those oyster shell were implanted with a bead and are put back in the water so the live oyster will coat the bead with nacre when the oyster get a foreign object like a bead inside they get irritated the bead that was inplanted will be covered with nacre like a pearl coating and thus the fresh cultured pearls are created

YOU have described the procedure of cultivating cultured pearls. These are NOT pearls created by implanting. First, this young lady does not possess the sophisticated equipment required for such a procedure, and second, this is not the oyster genus used in the cultivation of pearls, also a highly sophisticated procedure that is guarded with very, very tight security. Those oysters are pampered, cleaned on schedule, waters monitored to make sure the oysters are healthy, a very expensive enterprise. Pearl oysters, excluding Tahitian oysters, are small and could fit in the palm of one's hand while these clams, as you can see, can grow to a very large size. I hope this helps clear up any confusion. Oh, and the akoya pearls Mikimoto cultivates would not br harvested for consumption. With increasing pollution and warming water temperatures, culturing the akoya is becoming more rare with many farms moving to China (of course) and Viet Nam. These pearls are clam pearls not oyster. No sophisticated procedures here and I am glad to see the smaller clams were tossed back. This gives them time to grow and to reproduce before they are harvested!

Amazing videos. Tho im not sure the pearls were dyed. Do all shells that can produce pearls have pearls? You were EXTREMELY lucky to have at least a pearl in everyone of those clams. 👏🏼 Its super satisfying tho.

Ну в чём же причина? Здесь вот, не сходя с места, можно найти кучу раковин- жемчужниц, а в наших, таких же внешне болотах, нет ничего, кроме пиявок да лягушек, не считая комаров.
