read that purple item discription. i dont play yet. but seem like that item give extra spell damage with what STR you have. so that why most broken build is buy that purple item along with rapier.

Willow was lvl 12 and Axe lvl 20 with divine rapier and khanda which amplifies his ultimate . that's why Axe was able to one shot her with his ulti. . at level 12 dark willow has only 1044 HP without items . with tanky early items like the drums and the glimmer cape willow has 1330 HP which can allow her to tank Axe ulti at that lvl leaving her with only 230 HP . However , it seems Willow didn't have support tanky items and that's why she died in one shot.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! 11:21 + HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Divine gives damage and spell amp Khanda does magical damage based on your attack so it just gets double amplified it gets aplied before culling blade and then you die
