Chain Punches (Routine One): Begin with 100 chain punches, focusing on fluidity and rhythm. This foundational exercise primes your body and mind for the intense workout ahead, building endurance and muscle memory.
Pak Sao Chun Sao Lap Sao Punch Combo: Transition into the Pak Sao Chun Sao Lap Sao Punch sequence, followed by 10 punches. Repeat this combination for 10 sets, totaling another 100 punches. Engage your core, coordinate your hips, and deliver each punch with precision.
Exchange Step Variation: Explore the same sequence from an exchange step stance, adding dynamic footwork to your training regimen. Mastering this variation enhances your agility and adaptability in combat scenarios.
