Max, with all of your traveling & eating at street vendors vs high end dinning which would you prefer eating at ? I myself prefer high end dining with pretty settings. I don't have to worried about of getting sick. Eating at street vendors the chances of getting dysentery sick ruing your entire vacation is very high. I know not everyone could afford eating at high end dining. But street vendors you have to be very careful.
