The part where he says he started running when he lost his first wife. All I could think of is Forest Gump started running when he lost his mama.

@Zolar Czakl True, death can come to you unexpectedly, but at least I am committed to live a healthy life by doing exercise, abstaining from bad habits and eating healthy. Genetics and fate will ultimately decide if I were to reach 100 years. May you also live long and prosper.

I am also planning the same , but tomorrow never knows . I am still very active at 74 with hiking and biking , on a plant based diet from 1972 . The amazing part is how fast time goes , more so as you age . Even if I pass today the healthy habits have given me a mostly pain free life . May you have good health as long as you are on the Earth !

running gets easy after 80, since after that you just get smaller and smaller as an individual. I bet he's 5'2 98lbs.

There's too many people suffering in nonsensical ways to still believe in the Jesus nonsense. If you're reading this you're good enough to love yourself and that's all the faith you ever need.

Theirs is another one. He’s a doctor. Although he’s not a runner, he’s mind is still sharp and still able to walk. Also, there must be something about vegan diet cuz that doctor is also a vegan.
