I wanted to share with you this recipe for a whole wheat bread and for you to see that even if the bread is not spectacular, you can make a decent bread around your schedule. Don't be scared that your bread is not pretty enough for a magazine, it will still be delicious and nutritious.

Hi, what is the Starter combined ? 100gr water 100gr of the milled flour?

Hi, the sourdough starter is a starter which I feed every week with an ancient grain, called Emmer, it is a sort if a wheat, but you can use whatever sourdough starter you have, wheat, rye, spelt, etc… The important thing is that it is active and bubbly. In this recipe I used 50g, and I mixed it with 100g of water and 100g of my milled wheat flour.
