Very cool ideas, and I like the variety of stones that are shown here. Obviously in a warmer climate (smile). I am currently looking for ways to incorporate hardy plants into our back yard sculpture garden which is ALL rock as of now. I wish I could do cacti and succulents like you show here, but it's very cold. Having worked extensively with gravels, most of these images look like they were taken the day of their installation: far too perfect, LOL. Leaf litter and weeds make such designs fairly high maintenance, but I have gravels as well, and my rule is 20 minutes per day, less time than one "garbage TV show", and you can have a beautiful yard year-round! These are truly beautiful creations!!! Thanks for putting it together. I added this to my art environments and cool backyards playlist!

A pickup tool is a must, if you don't want to get the acid reflex. Otherwise, a broom and a dust pan, or a battery blower/vac, is a personal choice. Sure, details are a lot of work, and best for retirees who find walking boring.

since these are all still shots it would be more convenient to see the photos in a gallery so you can study them. This is not really a video just an album with effects and it is hard to see the designs when the video is paused.

All your ideas are so beautiful. Is there anyway you can give me an idea for a rock garden along my sidewalk. It's only a straight narrow path with a few plants. I have a very small yard nd cost is minimal. I do have white rock, black nd re rubber mulch and also some landscape rock. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. I am a self female home owner.

For small and narrow paths, put the path on one side of the house and on the other side will be a small bush combined with a rockery (should arrange a flower bed near your fence). Next spread a layer of white stone as the background and use cheap materials for the walkway such as: 1. The stump or log looks natural and rustic 2. Rectangular plain concrete slabs with the advantage of low maintenance. (however they will cost more) One note is that you should create a border between the flower bed and the white stone background, there are many simple ideas with recycled materials such as glass bottles, old bricks ...

Music does not fit, very distracting, try bird sounds or river water sounds.. your choice is too repetitive and is like high school graduation 😢
