    ! One of the things I see is that your pull up bar has a bench vertical infront of it that you sometimes touch, I recommend nothing infront of you , your legs want to naturally come forward, you can build wicked abs by using your legs better. Another thing, when you do a wide spread pull-up shine just elevating yourself directly upward instead off orientating your just upward toward the bar keep it pushed forward, this forces the shoulders into action with less chest

    If you aren't strong enough put a box under you and squat while you practice your pull ups, this will help mind body connection aswell as legs and core.

    I think the progress is absolutely perfect. Now you have the strength to do weighted pullups for reps so now you will grow bigger muscles. Pullups are so hard, that novices can’t use them effectively to grow muscles fast.

    I can see that you're generally very fit but even so, when you start a new routine, the first 30 days are mostly neurological connection, as you've alluded to. Obviously this applies far more to absolute beginners than someone like yourself. Regardless, a 60 day challenge(or multiple) would be really cool and inspiring.

  • @ashscott6068

    And you can see from the numbers exactly why training the same muscles every day is a bad idea. The record setting days are all pretty evenly spaced. It would be better to ONLY do pullups at that kind of spacing. Everything in-between is just unnecessary, unproductive stress. But 30 day challenge videos are just more entertaining, I guess. Otherwise, it would just be a normal workout. And nobody really wants to watch that

  • @Venserql
    @Venserql10 ай бұрын

    I'm doing this right now but I work every 2nd day and it would be very hard to do 100 pullups after work when I come home late at night. So I'm alternating between 100 pullups on free days and 50 pullups at workdays so 2250 in 30 days as opposed to your 3000.

    Guys his honesty deserves appreciation. He was complete honest from 1st day and didnt fake any result unlike rest of many out there. Well done bruh! 👍 Btw I wanted to ask one question, will it give any results by doing regular pull ups and push ups daily for atleast 3 months? If yes can you tell me what should be the frequency of rest days? I am thinking to do that. Thnx!

  • @ConnorCurtis

    Thanks for the kind words, yeah it would definitely give you results at the beginning but your body adapts quite quickly so unless you are implementing aspects of progressive overload you might not see as much change. So make sure as time goes on you are making the workouts more difficult, Goodluck !

    @@ConnorCurtis Ohh I see. So I need to make it harder. It means progressive overload is must for continuous growth. I got it now. Thank you bro! 🔥👍 One last question, what if I keep on eating eggs daily for protein? Will it be enough? Or supplements such as whey protein is must for building eye-catching muscular body? I am skinny guy with very little amount of muscles but want to increase muscle mass till it becomes noticeable without taking off shirt. Waiting for you answer bro.😀

    Form and slow/controlled reps are the key. You will be able to do well whatever you practice. So make sure what your practicing is what you want. The reason we want the slow rep is so you aren't using the elasticity of your ligaments to propel the weight. I typically hold at the top of my rep for 2 seconds and the bottom for 2. This makes sure I don't have any swinging and allows me to focus on orientation. If there is a part of your rep that is difficult than do an isolated hold at that point of the rep. For example many people bust right before they make the full pull up, they almost get to the bar and then have to swing their legs and get an extra push. They need to make an isolated hold at that location for each rep. Like go up half way, hold for 3 seconds and then finish. Repeat on the way down. This goes for squats all the way to working on your lung and diaphragm health. As far as protein you need other vitamins and minerals to mix so that it is usable for your body. If you try and source all your protein from a single source you will become overloaded, For example nuts and seeds are great, beans legumes, fruits.

    Another thing that is a must if you are actually serious about implementing things into your life is to do it a minimum of 3 times a day. Do 25 push ups 3 times a day spread across your day. Not 75 at once. This will allow your body to realize it's going to have to do it either way. Once your body finds out that you are going to be doing it no matter what than your body will adapt for you.
