I am curious: why did you start to eat meat? You were 100% plant based for many years. What happened? Did you have health problems? What made you change your mind about the way you eat toward animal products?

I’m a 64 year old Grandmother who’s a Carnivore. I appreciate you giving your children choices and as they age they will follow an eating plan that suits them. The further away from processed foods the better but allowing treats now and again is great. Withholding such items only makes them want them more!

I notice how well you feed the children: such large portions...and such variety too! They are very lucky kids alright 🙂

Free fruit for children is incredible!!! I love it. What a great thing to do. It is beautiful to see children sitting around enjoying reading. What a great looking meal too!! Do you do meal planning or just go with the flow of what people feel like eating and deciding amongst yourselves?

Loving these videos 🥰 I used to be vegan/plant based but my life changed a little (long story) so I now too have plant based days and meat days and I believe this can work too and help the planet etc.

these teenage lads and Cleo are stars , and they all suit their names. You have chosen awesome names for them . What do the older children do to decompress and chill after filming ? And yourself Taina . I love craft . Do your older kids tell you if they can't face filming on certain days ,as a teenager I'd Def have to have a free pass on certain days or weeks 🤪 I'm sure they do ,you have a great relationship with them Dinner looked yummy . I'm so impressed with the kids cooking , I made fried rice today . Boiled rice fried ,add scrambled eggs ,raw broccoli ,carrots and small pieces fried chicken ,garlic .soy sauce ( or healthier alternative ) The rice you served looked yummy .what was it ?
