    That's actually pretty good Jack, you don't see many Olympic lifters around anymore, it's pretty hard and not a lot of glory or recognition one can get out of Olympic lifting plus it's just to difficult. I believe it's the hardest of the three . . . Olympic lifting, bodybuilding and powerlifting. Some say all technique or form . . . ha ha ha . . . yeah sure ! You're not weak and only rely on 'style' to snatch 220, so anyone saying that obviously don't know what they're talking about.

    +@Richard-xg1vv Thank god we dont see this olympic lifting very often anymore, because its basically just ancient ego lifting. If you cant lift the weight slowly and controlled without bending your spine and using tons of momentum, you should put down some weight. Simple as.

    C-tetani cannot survive in oxygen. Anything that's out in the open and has been for a while, cannot really give you tetanus.

    Years ago I pulled something in my back doing leg squats with a barbell like that. Didn't know it until hours later and boy was it paralyzing. Now when I see people put that much stress on their spine I cringe. Be careful out there.
