I agree that Messi is the greatest of all time, but I don’t know if he’s the best “play maker” of all time. I think xavi and laudrup take that

@@DA-db9bi Xavi kind of dictated the tempo of the game. Messi was in a more advanced role which enabled him to get more assists than Xavi. So even though they both are excellent playmakers , they are simply different from eachother.

@@DA-db9bi If you look at sheer creativity and the number of goal scoring chances he creates there's no comparison, Messi is objectively a better playmaker than Xavi or any other player ever for that matter all things considered. However, since Xavi's main virtue wasn't creating goal scoring opportunities per se but initiating plays and dictating the game's tempo, I'll say he was better at that particular role than Messi. Strictly speaking, Xavi's more direct comparison should be with Modrić.

This is what sets messi apart from CR7 and Mbappe. This guy is a genius with the ball. He has vision like a hawk who is 100m up in the air. He can see all passes. His weight of pass on most balls is perfect. He battles with the best playmakers and goalscorers and that's why CR7 can never match him. I cant talk on pele or Maradona or previous generations but since 2009 Messi is head and shoulders above the rest in his generation

The very first assist in this video, against the Netherlands in the world cup, is so disgusting. I saw that live on TV and when he dribbled past Aké to the inside i thought he was setting himself up to curl it at the backpost high over the keeper, but instead he delivers the most delicate pass between the legs of three dutchmen. All while under crazy pressure from the defenders and the general context of the game aswell. That composure is unreal to me and genuinely unrivaled.

Messi is just like all those guys on steroids. He is a train that never stops, but it is not physicality that does not stop, it is brilliance. Astonishing. Remove these things that do not please God Almighty, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.... Just like him, Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and Moses, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the rest of the prophets and messengers, may God’s prayers and peace be upon them. Therefore, follow your mind and heart, not your whims, and study Islam. The prophets and messengers came with the same message, which is belief in God alone, who has no partner and no partner. Associating others with it, therefore, repent to God, come back to your senses, and convert to Islam before it is too late. I am not forcing you to do anything. I am asking you to study Islam well from a committed Muslim person and a student of Islamic knowledge, and I swear to you that you will submit of your own accord to what you will see of the truth.
