C. minute 1:40:00, this man's philosophy of food and eating is noteworthy: not too heavy; mild spiciness; small portions; moderation. take a little at a time.....and always chew well.....much better for enjoyment, for digestion, and for longevity. There is so much more to good eating than stuffing one's mouth and wolfing it down as fast as possible.....even animals know better than that.....

But actually the title needs to be changed as he mentionned the indian food in Muscat As i experienced while i lived in Oman for long period there are specific unique Omani food

@egypharaon2157 I know what you mean, however he did go to Indian restaurants so he focused on them. There have been other episodes where he tried the Omani food 😄
