There is something about honoring Caribbean etiquette, especially when going one's home: don't eat straight from the pot with the utensils being used to cook. Touching other people's food is a big No. That family was super graceful. I am so glad that the mom spoke up about washing his hand. David you should done that from entering the kitchen if you were planning to touch the food.

I felt so much gratitude watching the Ms.Brenda(?) in the kitchen making the souse. As a Jamaican raised in the US I grew up around Mostly Caribbean and South American women like her and that kitchen feel just resonated with me...down to those plates!!! My mom has those in her Cabinet! I appreciate how you appreciate and show the beauty of our culture David. In gratitude.

Roasted breadfruit...never had but looks so naturally good.....coconut water/jelllies....heaven on a hot dsys.....saltfish/bakes ....jerk meatd...beautiful sunshine....so much tropical goodness...viewing now and as always Thanks David....be safe...Peace.

The swordfish was my favorite. Then the blackened red snapper comes in second. The flying fish were too small for me. 😊. I went to Barbados after watching your first video. We had soooo much fun and plan to return very soon.
