Scorpions, Death Feigning Beetles, Mexican Jumping Beans, and so much more! Over the past 100 days, I documented my little chunk of the desert. Watch as it transforms from a barren wasteland into a thriving ecosystem!

Dude, you gotta set up a 24/7 livestream of this terrarium that goes on constantly. I would watch that every day man Edit: the terrarium could have multiple cameras. The video feed could switch between cameras when it detects movement. Also, there could be a camera that detects moisture or water and the camera would be a lot more active in the stream when it does. Also $10 to cause rain with a long cooldown time to prevent over-flooding. (These are further improved(mainly second one) ideas in the replies (I didn’t read all 80 tho).

I love your videos! So entertaining and cool! Im going to subscribe!
This has to be the best channel for closed ecosystem. Most of the channels only usually do builds and updates but here you get a full story about the ecosystem which is just so cool. Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping us entertained.
This content is amazing. I can only dream of creating ecosystems like this. The detail and thought that went into this is insane. Thank you so much for putting so much effort into this, and doing what nobody else on KZread has done. I can't give enough praise.

Bro I love your videos so much
I love where you said something as scary as my mother-in-law
Hey man. I’d really like to thank you. I’ve always had a big fear of bugs, dangerous animals and lots of nature to be completely honest. Your videos are really helping me find a passion for wildlife and are helping me get over my fears through exposure. Thanks so much, and I hope you continue to make great videos!

This is by far your most impressive tank that we've seen! The whole flooding of the pond and gradual draining blew my mind.
One of the best videos i have seen in KZread
this was so epic, one of the best videos on YT
7:14 I just feel like we need to appreciate that he said prehistoric Instead of alien.
16 videos and almost 1 million subscribers... that's insane! Your videos are great and very high quality, it obvious that you actually care about content rather than just money. Keep up the good work!

I just found this channel by accident and now i can't stop watching your videos its so cool
such an awesome set up and great commentary!
I noticed the clowns hadn't fully disappeared, but had bred with the zebras, and ultimately washed out their colors, but their pattern somewhat still remains 🤔 Love how you have so many organisms here, especially with the Triops. Making me want to start my own sometime soon Amazing job!
So if you wanted to do a lizard and scorpion set up, I’d recommend looking into spiny tailed lizards and flat tailed scorpions. They share burrows in the wild under a symbiotic relationship, the scorpion protects the lizard from larger predators while the lizard eats ants that would normally be a problem for the scorpion.

I loved the part where the lake dried up and the crustaceans laid their eggs to give a new generation for the next rain. It was incredible!

Man, I really wish I had this tank, Ive been really interested in terrariums for a long time but every single one I make is terrible. And the way you set up the day and night cycle with working weather is just amazing.
