    Second RepCity workout session(first one was the 100 - 8ct marine bodybuilders. Even when i reach the desired number i still push out some extra reps just for the kick of it. Loving it. Respect. Found my new fitness mentor !!!

    i remember in the july challenge my fastest 100 5 pumps were 36 minutes and 29 seconds, the average time through roughly 15 days was 45 minutes. I can't wait to get back in the game so I can get em in a better pace. Much respect wolf

    Right on with this one! I dropped a rep about other to every two of yours, but considering that still means I was able to get ~250-350 clean pushups, I'm stoked. I'm going to come back here later after I've conditioned more and see how few I have to drop.

    Remember, immediately after your workout you have a 10-minute opportunity to consume natural sugars. AKA fresh fruits and vegetables for example watermelon, pears peaches apples plums pineapple tomatoes red bell peppers fresh turmeric root you can purchase all of these items at Superior grocery store

    I have 16-24oz of lactose free chocolate milk with a banana or two after a brutal workout. Then a full meal about 40min later.

    JJ King that’s honesty why burpees should be the cornerstone of your training regimen. One could actually do nothing but burpees and get shredded and super fit. Add some calisthenics to supplement the burpees and you have everything you need👍🏼

    Hell yeah! I worked up from doing 100 crappy burpees on 10/22/19 to doing workouts of 350 or more, different styles etc. Been going 23 days straight and have done over 6, 000 since. I definitely look leaner and feel good. I finish with different ab moves, hindu squats and the ab wheel. But Burpees are definitely my new corner stone.

    Daniel Marquardt lol she ain’t about that life. I don’t lift any weights brotha, straight bodyweight, I used to lift about 10 years ago, the way I would do it is to train compound movements, deadlift, squats, bench and military press with a 5x5 scheme and do calisthenics 3-4 days a week complimenting the movement you did that day, i.e., bench on the same day with pushups and dips. My take, hope it helps
