FACT: Sunny is dubbed as VARIETY SHOW MASTER by comedians, idols, and viewers, while SNSD is titled as Queens of Variety Shows, because of the way they carry themselves in programs, individuals or not.They are also one of the MOST active artist during the height of variety shows. They can make the show entertaining just by themselves, to the point even the MC's and hosts acknowledge them, thus it's rare for the girls to invite guests in their concerts and such.

I first got to know SNSD through Girls Go To School, and then their early variety show appearances. I watched some other non-SNSD variety shows of the same 2007-20010 era as a result. I got the impression that SNSD were much more open and spontaneous than their contemporaries (females, and even males) so I think they were truly a new 'generation' and maybe that's why they appealed especially to girls/women, where the often expressed expectation was that the majority of their fans would be boys/young men.

If you not know yet, Sunny is the niece of SM founder Lee Soo Man and sometimes people make fun of it but she so cool about it like play along instead take advantage of her position, she so cool like that. For me the best variety queen is Sooyoung but they all unbeatable together 👍😁

@@saskoreacts If you have time you might want watch old kpop show call Invicible Youth, they put several girls from several band like Sunny and Yuri SNSD, Kara Hara (RIP), Hyomin T-Ara, Hyuna and other girls and make them live in Korean rural outdoors so funny and entertaining, you might in love more with Sunny there 😁

@@taetoro Sunny is just a 'bad-ass' in Invincible Youth--which is a genuinely fascinating show, regardless of the celebrity factor. I find it especially funny delightful, and admirable how the "Queen of Variety Shows' and a massive K-Pop star is also so practical and well suited to rural living---though when she entertained at her Seoul apartment, she was quite a mess--that was funny . But yeah, Sunny is a boss in almost every circumstance.

@@taetoro that is the show that made me felt into the KPOP abyss!! I was like how could girls celebrity be so chill farming and do stuff like cleaning animal poops. i never seen celebrities did that especially girls. that day I sold my soul to the KPOP devil...

During SNSD's rookie years SM tried getting them to behave more 'girly' and 'cute' on variety shows. The girls didn't listen to them! haha And thank god that Soshi didn't listen to SM. Because they are the queens of Variety shows! (You have to check out episode 254 of Running Man that aired in 2015. That imo is the best variety show episode in the history of tv)

Since SNSD has been around for so long, the girls have good relationships with many of the popular variety MCs and cast members, which makes their more recent appearances even more fun. Like Knowing Bros from 2017 or their 2015/2017 and individual Running Man appearances, there's a comfortable feeling there that I really like. Just industry veterans having fun. The guy in the car with Sunny is Henry Lau, he used to be under SM and was a member of Super Junior-M and also released music as a solo. He left last year I think.

Henry and Sunny are hilarious together. They both effortlessly make fun of the business and contrived entertainment aspects of the business even while they are in the middle of it---Henry commenting about Sunny's weight, and then Sunny making the distinction between artist and producer,

Yoona is known as the member that gels with everyone. I love the girls so much

SNSD is also queen of comedy. They love roasting at each other 😂..

Who’s the funniest member of SNSD for you? For me it’s so far a tie between Sunny & Sooyoung but Hyoyeon & Taeyeon are close behind 😂

Hyoyeon and Sooyoung is really funny... They have the most strong personality in SNSD. Sunny is considered as Variety Queen in SNSD as she focus more on hosting and variety shows.

If you have free time, hope you can watch Invincible Youth. KBS has it subbed it has Yuri and Sunny as part of cast for season 1. And for season 2 they have Hyoyeon and Sunny in the cast. Sunny is quite refreshing to watch in variety shows

Also, that was Henry(part of Super Junior-M) with Sunny in those car scenes. They are good friends, that bit was about Henry asking Sunny to be part of Snowball Project(a show he participates in) as his duet partner for the song he was producing at the time(duet song call "U&I")

Henry and Sunny are both idols and best friends hahaha. (Also possibly something more....no one really knows for sure).

careful, If Jessica gets angry she'll kick everyone I'm dying I can't forget ep 2 from that clip that she kick everyone.

Also if you want other shows to watch I highly recommend Hyolin’s bed and breakfast on Netflix. Yoona is in the second season.

I watched that series last month. It's really lovely. Hyori is famous AF, as is Yoona of course, yet they are so 'ordinary'--their celebrity status disappeared so quickly, I just enjoyed watching nice people getting through moments in life with each other, the weather, other people and pets. It is sooo relaxing and comforting.

dudeee, I recommend you to watch invincible youth season 1. Sunny and Yuri are in the show along with 5 others members from different girl group. This is a slice of country life/comedy variety show which take place in the country side, hence, comedy, these 7 girls together is a comedy power house. 11/10 recommend, you wont be disappointed XD

The maker of this clip is surely biased toward Sooyoung. I mean Sooyoung is savage but Hyoyeon is unintentionally funny, making everyone laugh without effort even Sooyoung admits it. The initial Sone will know that since I’ve been their fan for 10 years! I love Sooyoung but Hyoyeon is on another level. Try checking out Hyoyeon funny moments. BTW I love your reaction but the clip makes me annoyed 😒

They were put together in 8 episodes from 45-60 minutes on KZread & were called Ep1-8. So that’s why I said that although it seems like originally it was split into shorter episodes, right?
