This is great! I love using faux plants! They make them look so realistic now. Also, apparently you get the same mental health benefits from looking at faux plants that you do from seeing real plants. 😊

So they say. Nothing beats caring for a plant and watching it grow there are many real plants that are hearty and hard to kill: Snake plants, aloe, pothos to name a few.

Love this dining area idea. When i got my first apartment i bought a round table, bought legs, table cloth down to floor, and patio chairs, covered them in fabric, pillows.

We had those same dinning chairs but in white. We hated them and feel your pain about the screws always falling out! We recently got new chairs and are so happy. Lol

Blessings and Thanks! I don't know if it's boredom but I change decor on a dime!!!! That's why I like your video. Though not a renter, I can give in to- my whims, without breaking the bank. It also help s me to do so quickly and lends itself to temporary decor for occasions, parties.... Nice timing on the TMobile ad talking about upgrades, the minute you said upgrade. Avid live plant lover here! Pothos are usually brown thumb proof, though someone killed a 10 footer I gave her 😲 CLUTTER AINT CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are some great ideas. I already do a number of these things for sheer practicality or love of items (like real plants) but it was super nice to hear an interior designer talk about these ideas too. I don't dare organize or throw out hubby's things, lol. I love your 'new' chairs and nightstand and the difference you made with wallpaper in the bookcase.

Love your genius! Can you advise about soundproofing? I live in a studio, in an old building. All of the houses are connected like in San Francisco and Harlem. My nosey neighbor told me she could hear everything going on in my apartment, therefore I moved the TV to that wall. Now I sleep against the opposite wall in front of the non-working fireplace. I love the chairs, but you could have used some gorilla glue in the holes of those chairs to keep the screw in there from falling out. That’s if you didn’t need to remove the legs.

What is the color and brand of the wall color behind you? It's gorgous!

I would say everyone needs some kind of credit . When you are attempting to purchase property or a car…you will need established credit with on time payments. The trick is not to spend/charge more than you can pay off that month.

Hello there, I have no sense of style when it come to my home I would love to get ideals on how to decorate my home and also how to organizes my things. well I am moving in a new home but it is a very small two bedroom. my kitchen and livingroom is spaces but the bedroom does not have no cloest space please to you have any advice on making more room in my cloest.

I wonder if wallpaper can be used to cover a kitchen counter???? It seems it would be heavier and more reliable & sturdy than contact paper. I kill "real" plants, so I get fakes. They look just as nice in a room.

The chairs are $100 a piece--over the under $20. The table cloth and placemats are over $20 collectively. The reason books are turned with the page side showing is copyright issues. That is not a fashion statement in interior design but a legal one for videoing the review. Yet, you didn't bother to camouflage the table books. I'm assuming it was your table since there were two shots with the books laid out and then stacked. The rest of the items you suggest are stretching. The small sizes might be under $20, but anything larger would not. At the end, you recapped the 10 things under $20 to do to upgrade the apartment but you only listed 7 with the chairs as you can save up for these. I'm not slamming your ideas. But your title is click bait and misleading. Some of us are actually paying attention.

Another video that contradicts its title. Upgrade for less than $20.00 ... and less than 2min in advertising chairs at $100.00 each!! Click bait.
