It’s always amazing to me when you read through comments on long videos people always complain about the videos being to long. You gave a lot of great information and it takes as long as it takes. I’m happy you put it all in one video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with others and trying to help people. It definitely helped me. Thanks again.

Good video with lots of great advice. My only complaint, as a noob, is that after showing so many problems 'you may think is caused by overwatering' I was really looking forward to an actual example of overwatering (what it looks like, how soil type can affect it, if too large pot size can cause this problem, if some kind of plants are more susceptible, how to fix it, etc). Thanks for the vid though, I've learned a lot

Thanks for a great video! It is ironic that the sun seems to be the main problem for a lot of those trees even though the sun is needed for photosynthesis! I get bleached tomatoes from the sun all the time. The part of the tomato that is exposed to the sun is completely white and the other half is red :)

Thank you for this! I just came from my garden and noticed some of your item issues in your segment. My fig tree and purple passion leaves are bleaching, my miracle fruit leaves are turning purple it was green when I ordered it online from Florida and last weekend I had finally put in a pot and outside in NY. The temperatures in NY been fluctuating in low 60s-90s.

Yep, good one. The tangerine leaves are cupped, but new leaves are pale green and not cupped. Same with the kumquat. It's about time for sulfur, and I had worried A) too much wind, tho the kumquat is shielded by a large banana yucca, and B) needs more water. Both citrus get a lot of water for their size. We live in a wind tunnel, a canyon, so that's not good :)

I have a dwarf orange tree that looks exactly like this same size and yellowing leves. It has had the same size green fruit on it for over a month now. First time giving fruit (about 5-6 fruits) how long does it take to ripen? Or should I just cut the fruit off? Thanks for all your helpful information.

Thanks for your videos, they are helpful. I'm in the southeast valley. I have a little black mission fig tree that I planted in March. It did great for a couple of months, putting on about 20 new big green leaves. But when the weather got hot in May it stopped growing and leaves started to yellow. This month it has dropped almost all of the leaves. Now there are only 2 small leaves left and they are yellow too. I am watering it every other day but it looks like it's a goner. Not sure what I could have done for it. The tag says 'full sun' and keep moist. Maybe it wasn't ready for full sun after all. Any ideas? Thanks!

@Jeremy Creason Hi! It is planted in the ground in direct sun, with a basin indentation a couple of inches, covered with bark mulch. Watering is run on a timer for 60 minutes every other day. I have checked it and it isn't drying out. Instruction tag says 'full sun 6+ hours per day', ' keep moist for the first year.' I have given it some fruit tree fertilizer granules lightly a couple of times. Wondering if it may need some shade even though it says 'full sun'..... Thanks

@Jeremy Creason It's in the middle of the back yard with full sun from 7 am to sundown. I think it gets fried in the afternoon. I'll try to figure out a way to shade it. It's not buried deep, just as it came in the pot, but an inch or 2 below ground level so water can pool.
