I learned to fold fitted sheets at the laundromat when I was about 18 years old. A lady who was about the age I am now was folding her sheets and I watched intently. When I couldn't quite get what she was doing, I asked her and she very kindly taught me how to do it. These days, I wash and dry the sheets and put them back on the bed...no folding required.

Besides toast, nothing smells better to me than line-dried sheets and towels. Everything smells fresher and saves so much wear and tear on your clothing and linens. Saves electricity too. We need to save where we can. Thank you Jill, for this refreshingly common sense video. Fabulous as always. Edited to add that I always turn the clothing inside out here in Southern AZ where the sun fades things so fast.

Miss my mom hanging clothes outside back in NYS. Does not work in Central NC because just covered with bugs. Ugh. But loved the fresh clean smell of hung out clothes back north. Childhood memories.

Great tips & tricks to save time & energy! The only thing I don't do similarly is the way I hang out trousers on the line! I've always hung them by the waist, but I'm going to try your method as that looks super sensible! Thanks Jill! 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

I have 3 shoe boxes in my my drawer one for underwater , one for socks, one for panty hoes and slips. Use shower rings to hang bras/execise tops. For me easiest to hang things easy to find.

The number of linen closets I’ve seen with towels and washcloths just shoved inside - usually worn to rags too. Properly folded linens just adds a touch of class beyond great organization. Exterior clothes lines are prohibited in my subdivision.
