10 Vocal Hygiene Tips. How to protect your voice
Vocal hygiene is a term used to describe habits, which support a healthy and strong voice throughout your life.
Here I am discussing about 10 vocal hygiene tips for professional voice users. This will be a great help for people who rely on their voice such as Teachers, Singers, Actors, Dubbing Artists etc.
The tips I have explained in the video are given below.
1) Hydration
2) Avoid Smoking & Alcohol
3) Avoid vocal misuse & vocal abuse
4) Avoid Throat Clearing
5) Avoid Spicy/Cold/Hot Food
6) Maintain Loudness
7) Avoid Dusty & Smoky environment
8) Take medication for Gastroesophageal reflex.
9) Breathing exercises
10) Voice Rest
Specific tip for teachers - Use portable amplification equipments if the class room is large.

Mam എനിക്ക് nodule ആണ് acidity ആണ് കാരണം എന്നാണ് doctor പറഞ്ഞത്... Teaching ആണ്..... Voice therapy വീഡിയോ ചെയ്യാമോ.. ഇപ്പോൾ voice rest ആണ് ഇപ്പോൾ
