Ohh Vietnamese food, you are so delicious! And cheap too. Anywhere in Ho Chi Minh city you can find delicious Vietnamese street food dishes that cost around 1 Euro or less.
Go in the morning to find noodle soup stalls serving Bún bò, Phở bò or Hủ tiếu - favourite soup in the south of Vietnam. Satisfy your sweet tooth with numerous sweets desserts that are offered by local ladies with pushcarts - Bánh bao with taro, Bánh chuối hấp or Bánh bò nướng are your safe bets.
But the biggest street food markets can be found during the night time. Vietnamese baguettes, Bánh mì, can be purchased on every corner starting at just 0.5 Eur! Choose you desired filling, the options are almost limitless.
Ho Chi Minh city hides many hidden treasures and one doesn't have to go far from famous Bùi Viện street to find the best coconut ice cream in town. For 1 Euro the coconut is freshly open in front of you, then filled with lots of coconut ice cream and topped with numerous sweets toppings to finish your street food tour in a huge style.

Thank you very much! I hope that I gave you, a Vietnamese food lover, a valid reason to come and try all this delicious street foods Vietnam has to offer. Especially when some of these local dishes aren't yet popular in western countries. I'm looking forward to trying more exotic cuisines when we finally meet at our travels :)
Vietnamese here. What I love about your video is that you ate various local foods that are not often mentioned in guide book, and you showed accurate spelling of their names! You must have done lots of research.
