Growing zone 10, no frost! Can't wait bc the summer was a scorcher!!🥵☀️
This video right here is why i really enjoy your channel. A lot of KZreadrs are posting what to plant videos right now. But they ramble on endlessly and its annoying. You give us the information quickly with out all the BS attached. Thank you for that! Oh, and I’m in the “cilantro tastes like soap” camp😂

I completely agree that Brian does an amazing job with providing the info we need/want while not rambling on. So very much appreciated!
Cilantro when making Salsa, dried to put in my hens nesting boxes to help keep creepy crawlies away but that's it for me.
I absolutely love cilantro! It tastes so fresh and herbaceous. I've struggled to grow it, though, so hopefully this year will be more successful.
We are in the Santa Cruz area, zone 9b, first frosts can be mid-Nov. Our micro-climate is hotter and colder than Santa Cruz proper. So we have a small weather station to warn us of a frost. I love cilantro. I didn't know I could grow it now. Great tips!
I'm in middle Tennessee. Zone 7a, and our average first frost date is at the end of October. We generally have yo-yo winter weather. And not really a fan of cilantro, but I do love using the coriander seeds!
Zone 8b here in Tehachapi mountains. Our first frost date is Oct 17th.🥴 Last year i covered 2 beds with lettuces, mustard greens, carrots, cabbages. Left it alone through several snows and had a great crop of lettuce and mustard. Carrots didn't do.much but had great tops and i let a couple floer to bring in pollinators. Learned a lot thru the crazy snowy winter that i will be putting to use this year. Making some low covered tunnels to use this winter. We are expecting a winter similar to last years, lots of rain and snow.
I'm from central California. I love cilantro and have it growing in my garden. My radish and lettuce did horribly. First frost for my area is Nov. 24th. I've planted and growing right now... Wando peas, kale, Swiss chard, bell peppers, serrano peppers, jalapeno peppers, rosemary, collard greens, mustard greens, yellow squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, green beans, spring onions, Thai basil, regular basil, and mint. I love being able to go outside and pick from the garden.
I live in Moncks Corner, SC. Zone 8b and our first frost date is Nov. 17. Thanks for all the videos. I just started understanding gardening this year because I’m finally researching and watching KZread videos for help instead of just throwing seeds in the ground and praying something grows. 😂
LOVE cilantro, zone 5a so November 1st frost date. have my peas, letuce and beets in and started. Just need more cilantro seeds!

Fellow cilantro lover! 💚
Thanks Brian! It is so nice to have a reminder of what is good to plant next!! I like to keep my garden thriving and producing as much as I can! Oh and I love cilantro. 😁
i planted garlic chives in a railing container this yr. took a while to start but they are doing fine now.
Arizona is a totally different ball game . I usually seed in September but this year we still have 114 degree ! Must wait .
I'm in the UK and I'm not sure what zone I'm in but I know my first frost date is mid November. I'll be planting my garlic in October. I watched your broccoli video too as I am growing Calabrese for the first time this year. It's looking good so far. I've got leeks, chard, kale and Christmas potatoes growing for the winter
I don’t like a lot of cilantro, maybe a tiny bit in my salsa. I live in the Florida Panhandle, it’s still very hot here. Hoping to plant a few fall tomatoes and collards greens by the end of September.
I live in Savannah Georgia and my first frost date is November 21! And I love Cilantro!
My first frost is October 7th in north-western New Mexico. I didn't do a summer crop this year and feel so apathetic that I'm probably not doing a fall crop either! I'm in the hate cilantro club.
Not a big cilantro fan. I will eat it in salsa. Thanks for all of this. I did plant peas which are growing very nice. Lettoce and radish and i am going to try garlic. I have chives in a container on my deck. They come back every year. I am hoing to transplant a clump in my garden. I also am trying hydroponic gardening. My son hot me started on it. So i can hrow food through the winter.

@T_me-NextLevelGardening. Hi it's Pat Krueger. Hope you are well. Your gardens are truly awesome and I love watching your videos.
I like cilantro! First frost is mid October (7a). Gonna try to plant more peas and cilantro now! I planted some peas a month ago but I think it's in a spot that is too shady. Thanks for the video!
Still too hot in Texas 8b/9a! We are still upper 90’s! October 1st is time to start everything you mentioned! Great video!
I’m in kirkland WA zone 8b first frost is November 15
Zone 6a. Thanks for the tip on the pea shoots. First frost date is October 25, love cilantro
hi brian 🤗 great list of september plants to grow. i have a few starts going while i work on overhauling my raised bed garden. i like cilantro. aphids destroyed my broccoli last year but i will be covering the plants this time around. tfs
Thanks for the inspiration. San Antonio shows to be in both 8b and 9a zones, who knew? Our first frost estimate is November 20. I’m excited to get some fall garden going.
already planted peas, lettuce and bush beans. My second planting of tomatoes are now developing fruit. Great Video!
Team cilantro here! 😋 Thanks for all the cool season tips!
I am in the valley here is CA zone 9b. Our first frost is around November 20th. I love watching your videos as I am new to large gardening. I have always done the typical tomatoes, squash and zucchini but have ventured out this year. Defiantly have had some successes and failures. Looking forward to planting my September crop.

thank you so much!! zone 9b, for some reason I can never grow carrots and radishes but I have many other things going in!! LOVE LOVE LOVE cilantro, I just put a big pot of seeds in a nice shady spot
Love cilantro!
Our first frost date, where we live in Oklahoma, is October 25. We have several things planted for fall, but I am still waiting until the end of September before digging up our sweet potatoes and leeks. We have zucchini and yellow squash just starting to put on blooms. We planted them last month for a second crop this year. The okra is 8 feet tall and going crazy! The peppers have gone insane, and I am trying to get them all processed, plus sharing them with family and friends. The cucumbers, tomatoes, and green beans slowing way down. We are getting a ton of basil and Armenian cucumbers! All in all, a successful gardening season. We love cilantro!
I love Cilantro!
Planted turnips, squash, green beans, cucumbers, carrits, sugar snap peas, cabbage, & cilantro. Planning to plant onions and garlic soon.
i enjoy your video's very much
10a Fontana California, I love cilantro. I'm hoping to get some this fall. Thanks for all the ideas.

I'm in tennessee just north of Nashville. Still high 80's now.
Like cilantro. Have never had luck growing it myself. Will try again.
LOVE cilantro! Hard to germinate, though... I cracked half of them to help speed the process. I planted at least 20+, 5 germinated, 2 have disappeared. I have 3 left... fingers crossed they make it. I have cabbages I'm going to grow in tunnels covered with 6 mil. We'll see if they make it.

Agree! Cilantro is the hardest 😢
Every time I smell Cilantro it puts me in a Street Taco seeking mission. Cilantro, white onion with Carne Asada twist of lime. Yummy
Cilantro is yummy. I made a bunch of salsa verde this evening and wish I'd been able to use my own cilantro, but I'm very carefully nursing it along indoors. It's really much too warm here. I'm doing the same with spinach; I tried a small container indoors but we'll see. Can't wait for cooler weather!
Good stuff
Jacksonville FL Dec 24th is our frost date. I have bunching onions all year round. Instead of cilantro, I use culantro. It tastes just like cilantro but I find it easier to grow, and it can be used in soups without loosing it's flavor.
Really useful video thank you! I’m in UK south west my first frost date is usually first week November, but could be as late as December. Currently sowing salad leaves chard and kale and spring brassicas. I also have a polytunnel which I use. 😊
Love it 💕😍!!!
Who can cook Mexican food without cilantro? Gotta have cilantro in my garden! Slowly clearing my tomato plants and have a load of garden compost coming Monday. Here comes fall!

@T_me-NextLevelGardening. I got a message that I’ve won. I’m not familiar with winning something on KZread. What did I win?
1st frost date here is Dec. 22, Mission TX. Problem I have is, its still in 100+ degree temps right now, it won't cool down till mid Oct on avg. Unless we have a really cold winter, i can usually cover most things in the Winter to survive till springs.
We love Cilantro!
Love cilantro!!!!!
First frost is Oct 25th for me in East Tennessee. I do love me some cilantro.
My first frost is October 1... I suppose I don't have time for much but I just planted some radishes today and I think they'll be OK! I also planted some lettuce about a week ago.
Great video - thanks - peas and leaf lettuce will go into the ground today! Giving you requested feed-back - I loath Cilantro. Wife loves it so she has the good genes and eats my share. To me it tastes like soap.
McMinnville, Oregon. Zone 8a with a first frost date of October 30th.
Love cilantro
Hey Brian! Love your video's! I am in zone 7 (not sure if it's 7a or 7b?-OKC) Our first frost is about Oct. 15th -19th. Some cilantro tastes musty to me and others are okay. I don't know if that is caused by variety? or location? Not a big fan...but I DO LOVE salsa and quac! :) Have a great day!
In Richmond, Virginia, first frost date is around October 31.
Thank you for the great video... I LOVE!!!!!!!!! Cilantro. ❤ HSTL zone 6😊
LOVE cilantro! I could eat it like lettuce! 💚
Huntsville Texas. First frost date is November 17, 2023
Love cilantro! What is salsa without it? Also eating cilantro aids in removing heavy (toxic) metals from the body.
My zip code is 13838 in NY state my frost date this year is from October 7th to May 5th
Love Cilantro.

I'm in Crestline CA and first frost date is October 25. So I have 45 days left.
Love cilantro but in Central California it always (Nov 19) bolts on me!!! I need to try winter planting.
You forgot carrots, here in NW Louisiana I grow the through the winter for early spring harvest.
Nashville tn. Oct 24. First frost. This year blight was terrible due to rain. I am researching when to do garlic. I have never grown garlic
I’m in Delaware, first frost is Oct 31st. I have sugar snap peas behind my peppers where is gets shaded first. So far so good. We are still in the mid 80’s to high 70’s. Just had a heat wave for four or five days between 90-95.
