DC Comics' The New 52 often gets a lot of hate thrown it's way, but the 2011 company wide relaunch brought a lot of great title to the comics scene. Some of which are still remembered today, but there's a wealth of decent series within this imprint, and today I'm gonna' revisit some of them!
From Grayson, to Batwing, all the way to All Star Western, there's something for everyone here, so lets bring some positivity to the New 52!

The Red lantern Supergirl ark is also really good I don't care what anybody else says about that. It was one of the only times I've ever seen a writer tap into the pent-up aggression that Kara has and I think it worked out great
I needed this video in my life ha ha. I always feel Geoff Johns new 52 Superman, and Superman Unchained never get talked about much despite the class creative team. Talon is def on my radar now.👍 Definitely want a part 2.🙂
New 52 is also my jam. Most collections art is awesome. Wonder Woman by Chiang, Batman by Capullo and Daethstroke by Daniel. Beautiful ❤

Part 2 yessss. I love 52. It was the start of experience comics other than Batman in the dc universe
I don't know a whole lot of New 52 titles so thanks for making this. I've read the Snyder Batman (like most comic book fans) but I also liked Action Comics. Thanks for making this one and enlightening me on other titles I may have missed.

Welcome back to the hobby. I will say though that the New 52 was hit or miss for long-time fans. Still I love this era and rebirth.

I’d say Tomasi’s parts in New52 was fantastic, with the latter half of Superman/WonderWoman, and him and Dan Jurgens Road to Rebirth comics [Final Days of Superman, Superman & Lois, etc] are criminally overlooked, since it’s leading up to the era people praise so much, but isn’t seen as in the era itself. Wish it all got collected in deluxe editions or omni’s.
Bro I need more ! Lets get a part 2 of this ! NEW 52 is my jam too. They broke so many rules with the stories but I loved it haha. Earth 2 was EPIC. More pleaseeee. New 52 is so underrated. Great video bro !
Great video. I'm always trying to convince people that the New52 had some really great stories, despite the horrible direction of the overall universe. I hope to see I, Vampire on the next video. That and Frankenstein were my favorites and both ended way too soon.

New 52 was so my jam as I got into DC Comics around 2012 so the timing for a jumping on point was perfect. I can confidently say I wouldn't be into DC Comics as it stands today without the New 52. And man, the diversity in art styles of that era was really something else.

Great video idea i would still say swamp thing by soule, animal man, ww, flash, red lanterns, etc were all underrated.
Aside from the obvious main titles and those you mentioned, I also loved Sinestro, Demon Knights, I Vampire, Justice League 3000/3001, Captain Atom, Superman Unchained, Supergirl, Dial H and Justice League Dark (glad they issued an omnibus).

Great suggestions! Earth 2, Lemire's Green Arrow, All Star Western, Grayson and Frankenstein are some of my favorite runs. Worlds Finest, Secret Six and Batwing are quire enjoyable also. Some other underrated series from the New 52 for me are Justice League Dark, Gotham Academy, Demon Knights, The Phantom Stranger, Deathstroke by Tony Daniel, Animal Man, Swamp Thing and Red Hood and the Outlaws.
Batman Inc and Green Lantern are definitely good new52 reads but you need to have read morrisons Batman and johns GL pre 52 runs to enjoy them. I know you would highly recommend Geoff Johns run to every subscriber on here Marcus lol!!
Great video. The 2nd and 3rd tier characters were the best part of the New 52 for me. Demon Knights, Stormwatch, and I, Vampire were my favorites. Paul Cornell was building a really cool corner of that universe. Really wish James Robinson had been left alone with Earth 2, he was doing some fantastic longterm world building. The stuff that followed was okay but wasn't nearly as character driven as his run.
