@@abdullahsarwar402 try and memorise 2 to 4 verses a day, just 2 to 4, each day, in the matter of 1 week you'll inshaAllah memorise a whole surah! But remember memorise with all the ahkam, and memorise any surah you want, don't be strict.

I'm 30 year old revert to Islam mid 2019 a year ago.. I started from zero Qur'an reading, from alif baa taa.. alhamdullah I thank Allah for giving Sabr that in 1 year i can now progress to reading Qur'an, although not as smooth and fluent and still struggling with the the Ghunnah, shafawi, but I will continue to learn qur'an until I've become a Hafiz.. insha'Allah. 🤲🏻😔🕋 Edited 13 September 2021 : please make Du'a for me, ya ikhwans.. been busy with work, need to prioritize the Qur'an more.

can you please help me out I started hifz after getting married and I am halfway through it I don't have much problem in memorising lesson but I have too many mistakes when I read the previous juz I read out half or 3/4 of the juz everyday to my teacher even after reading the juz for 5-6 times I have many mistakes I can only study in the day time and my husband doesn't like it if I study after he comes home

@@HanzalaRecites mark you mistakes. The. Repeat each mistake, 40 to 50 times.. may seem long but will take a few minutes more. Those parts that are similar to others, don't just guess them, check to difference properly. And finally, it won't happen over night, you have to stick to it. In regards to mistakes, it's easier if you never the mistakes. I mean the mistakes of each cycle should be numbered with the same number. Then the next cycle with the next number . This helps you prioritize which old mistakes to give more time to.

do not set a deadline or time limit to your hifdh journey. you need to be okay with the fact that it may take you longer, do not let that discourage you. remember this is a lifetime journey that will never end, even after your death, it will continue to be there for you. they say memorization begins once you end the quran subhanallah🤍 may allah make it easy for you and accept your efforts in shaa allah🤲🏼✨

Memorizing technique 4:08 6. Read it to other persons 5:07 7. Maintenance regularly 6:29 8. Be careful of Mutashabihad (Identical verses at different places ) 7:26 9. Compete a Dawr (Repetition, After completing memorization) 8:27 10. Show love to Teacher and Parents 8:53

Request duas for my 12 year old son Huzaifah who is becoming hafiz of Quraan. Allah makes it easy for him 🤲

I was hifz ul Quran at the age of 10 Alhumdulillah ❤️

1.Use the same copy I prefer 15 lines copy. 2.Record all of your progress 3. Memorize when you feel fresh daily at same place same time and Repeat it on daily basis 4.Write it down but not necessary 5. Memorize verse by verse and then repeat complete verses as a whole 6. Repeat as many times as you can without a single mistake( even it is the mistake of Harakat because it is God's words) before give it final submit to your teacher 7. When you adding daily some part to your memory then when a Juz has been completed then repeat the Whole Juz without a single mistake (as minimum as you can and reduce it to zero By Almighty Allha insha'Allah we can) 8. Focus on mutashabihat(Look similar verses other vise you will ended in different Juz🤪) 9.Revise whole Quraan in possible minimum days as many times as you can. 10. Last but not the least and in my opinion it should be on top, Show regards, respect, affection by your heart to your teacher. Remember me in your prayers.

Mothers dua is powerful.

For fresh pages (hard to even read while looking) I read the whole page looking as many times untill I can read it perfectly, I then memorise 1st verse, go to 2nd and start the 1st again with the 2nd verse and I will do that untill the end of the page. This technique even improved my memory alhamdulillah. The time it used to take me to memorise a page significantly reduced. Tip: I record myself on my phone as I read it without looking and then listen to my voice and correct myself. Here I am supper strict with myself. Even if I breath too much I consider it a mistake lol. So, It has to be flawless b4 I say I memorised that page. May be that is because I don't have a teacher. I listen to Mishary Al Afasy for like super hard pages that I can't even pronounce and I read to my voic recorder. It is working well for me atm alhamdulillah.

But sister, eventually you still can't call yourself a khatam in qur'an without a qualified teacher to check your recitations. Remember reciting by ourselves is fine no problem in that but still we aren't qualified to teach others because we ourselves have not been checked. And if we keep on learning by ourselves without a teacher to correct us, and if we recited wrongly or we get wrong Tafsir/ interpretation of the Qur'an, but we think our recitation is correct for a very long time, that it's haram, because we fallen into those who are neglectful in perfecting the knowledge, So I urge you to atleast find an qualified ustazah and like once a week for like a few hours to let her check your recitation.

@@redkakkarot I get what you are saying and a teacher is very important. My case is a bit different. Whenever I want to memorise a page ( I try to do a page everyday) I first try to read it and if I see I am struggling, I then always listen to Mishary Al Afasy reciting as I follow along attentively, and Keep doing that untill I can read perfectly. I know basics like tajweed, maqrajah, so I can fluently read most of the times. But thanks, I will love to have a teacher one day in shaa Allah. For now, I think, it is going well for me. Also I once finished the whole Qur'an at a young age and I didn't appreciate then so I forgot almost all. But now Alhamdulillah enjoying every second of it.

What do they teach while memorizing the Quran? Do u know? Can u please tell me how they help.. Do they tell u to memorize page per day and then u recite it later? I always wanted to take part like that but I don't think it is possible here.. May Allah help us all. Ameen..

@@missfarry3222 Alhamdulillah, I apologize for replying very late, I have no right to say you are wrong, it is always good to try to memorize the Qur'an, that is effective and efficient for the individual, but my point was at the end of the day, we the one student of studying qur'an will still need some teachers or an Hafiz to check our recitation. Even myself, I'm 30 years old a revert in 2019 know zero about Arabic or the Qur'an, but I went through class and Alhamdulillah about a year now I'm able to read qur'an with the guiding of my qur'an teachers. So I would suggest you should get your recitation checked it's only fair for yourself to have someone of more knowledgeable about qur'an to check your recitation. I understand some places may be hard to find a teacher, but you can try finding online or even a go to any nearby masjid or Islamic school to ask for help. May Allah bless our effort in hardship in improving our memorization and gaining more beneficial knowledge for the hereafter.

Someone told me to switch to the Saudi script for hifdh but after seeing you I know that I don't need to. I love my desi script mushaf so much

‎نختم (Nakhtam) application allows the user to read a verse from the Qur’an whenever he wants to open his phone, as the program shows the user a verse from the Book of God, whenever he opens his phone in the order in which he arrived with the last verse, and he can learn its interpretation and hear it with the voice of his favorite reciter. With the beginning of each new day, the program shows the statistics of your daily, weekly and monthly readings, since using the program.

Which script r u using ?? It's not necessary, but it REALLY helps! I know 15% of vocabulary in the Quran so whenever someone is speaking Arabic or I hear a word from the Quran I understand the context but not the specifics, ALHAMDULILAH I can memorize a page in 1 hour but the real test is in revision, may Allah help you and all of us in the journey of the Quran.

You know I had trouble memorizing even when I would have memorized it good I would forget it when my qari would listen to it.you man just changed everything.I realized the steps that I am doing to memorize and what tips you are giving.after this memorizing is going to be way more different for me than it was before. thanks for the tips your amazing May Allah grant you the highest place in jannah and your loved ones who have passed away from this world once thanks alot
