1: Unsure. If it does, I woulda been yelled at over it my first three games for being new to the game and not knowing things. 2: Yes it does.
I disagree with tip 5. "Shoving your lane" This is actually an awful tip for new players, and here's why. New players ARE GOING TO FORGET TO WARD/WILL IGNORE THEM ON ACCIDENT. So when a new player shoves a lane. They are likely not last hitting, and likely not rotating for assistance on other lanes after its shoved. In fact a good opponent will freeze their lane under tower after you shoved it. And they will DENY YOU gold and exp since it will be too dangerous to sit farming minions under ur enemies tower for too long. As the jungle will come kill you. The better strategy instead of shoving a lane is to learn to manipulate it by freezing it at your tower. That way if the enemies attempt to farm under your tower you can simply ping for a gank, and the JG will come clean it up for you and you don't ever have to extend past the river side. Once they're dead, if you have 2 waves stacked. You can either rotate, back, or get gold buff.
